With 23 years supporting families through birth, I strive to create a birthing environment where mothers feel safe, equipped, & cared for throughout their birth experience. To accomplish this as a Doula, my approach is to provide calm reassurance, practical comfort measures, and respectful support for each family’s choices. My Doula services include the following: a complementary interview to see if we are a good match, 1-2 prenatal visits, phone support, 24 hour on-call status for your birth starting 2 weeks before your due date, continuous labor support, lactation education/support immediately following your birth, availability for phone support, 1 postnatal visit within 4 weeks of your child’s birth. I serve families throughout the Denver-Metro area.
