After 23 years supporting families through birth, I provide calm, personalized labor support, helping families feel prepared, grounded, and supported every step of the way. I use evidence-based information and support helping you to make informed decisions during pregnancy and birth. I serve families throughout the Denver-Metro area. I'm returning to support a small number of Denver-Metro families this year after 23 years as a birth doula - now accepting a few upcoming due dates.
