I offer calm, continuous, compassionate support to help create a more confident & positive birth experience. My role as a Doula is not to direct your birth, but to remain by your side – helping you feel informed, supported, & heard in your choices. My Doula services include a free consultation to see if we're a good fit for each other...1-2 prenatal visits...continuous phone support...24/7h on-call status for your birth@38wks...continuous labor support w/comfort measures...lactation education/support immediately following your birth...availability for phone support...1-2 postnatal visits for support & to process your birth experience within about 4 wks postpartum
