At the end of my husband’s paternity leave, we were looking for a postpartum doula. Marissa (from Lemon Grove) recommended Loni and we loved how easy going and compassionate she was with helping families going through the newborn phase. Loni joined us three times a week and she was absolutely AMAZING with our daughter. My husband and I learned so much from her - from techniques to help with gassy babies, burping methods, feeding cues, and all the miscellaneous things that come up as first time parents. We were spoiled and amazed with how much Loni was able to help us out - she was able to prepare crockpot recipes for us, tidy our nursery/living area, run loads of laundry, provide us with newborn resources - all the while caring for our daughter. Loni did tummy time, gave her a bath, read her stories, and provided her undivided attention. It gave us peace of mind to run errands, get some work done, and self-care (ie shower, eat, nap, etc).

We highly recommend Loni and the Lemon Grove for families seeking reliable and experienced doulas!
