Lisa is a fantastic postpartum doula!! She's empathetic, easy to talk to, and so helpful! She was a great sounding board for me to decide what would be best for me and my baby regarding sleep schedules and breastfeeding (two of my main concerns). Lisa provided a bunch of education and suggestions for me, but always encouraged and empowered me to what's best for me. She also allowed me to bond more with my son (and even take a shower) which is invaluable!! She's great with babies and I completely recommend her! Plus: she makes a mean sourdough!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lisa! She was and continues to be a great resource. One of the most impactful ways she helped was by recognizing my son’s reflux early on. Her knowledge and keen observations brought so much relief, as she not only identified the issue but also provided guidance on how to manage it effectively. This was my second child and Lisa's guidance and support made it possible for us all to sleep again. 

Beyond that, Lisa was an incredible source of emotional and practical support. She helped me feel confident in caring for my baby and always made sure I was taken care of, too—reminding me to rest, eat, and focus on my own well-being. Her calm and reassuring presence made the postpartum period so much less overwhelming.

Whether it was offering tips on feeding, soothing techniques, or simply listening when I needed to talk, Lisa brought a level of care and professionalism that exceeded all expectations. I truly felt like I had an ally who cared about me and my baby’s well-being as much as I did.

I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa to any parent, whether they are new to the job or not. Her expertise, kindness, and dedication made all the difference for us, and I am so grateful to have had her by our side.
