In Sept 2025 I had my son. Megan spent the last month of my pregnancy going above and beyond to help me and my family. I had birth trauma from my last CNM going on vacation and leaving me with no care during my birth. This resulted in me developing gestational hypertension.

Megan did fear release, different gental movement to encourage the baby to get into a good position, and different releases to help release the stress built up in my body.

I was 42 weeks when I went into labor and it was only 30 mins after that he arrived. Thankfully Megan and my midwives were there because we had spent the day trying to gently encourage baby to come. I had some spotting that I was trying to monitor and Megan saw I was stressed about it because I was trying to manage my labor like I was alone. She looked at me and told me I didn't have to carry the burden of managing that. She reminded me that I was safe and had my midwives. It was my midives job to monitor the spotting.

That gave me the mental space I needed to process that I was not only in active labor but moving through transition. If Megan wasn't there to give me the freedom in my mind to realize what was happening I don't know how I would have navigated a labor that started in a transition phase. Megan stayed with me and tried to apply counter pressure while I pushed but baby was moving so fast. I communicated that with her and she shifted to help me remember to breathe deeper through the fetal ejection reflex. 

After baby was born my placenta slightly abrupted. While the midwives worked to insure I didn't hemorrhage and messaged my uterus to stimulate the birth of the placenta Megan was calm and helped me move into the positions I needed to and she caught the placenta as it was birthed. 

Megan's knowledge, support, and calm presence helped make my birth amazing. I could not put to words how much Megan's support means to my family and I!

I am so grateful for the incredible support Megan provided to me throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. From the beginning, she answered my questions with care, guided me through safe and effective exercises during pregnancy, and even supported me in practical ways by cooking meals and helping keep my home in order. Her knowledge of anatomy and prenatal exercise was invaluable, and I always felt confident following her guidance.

When it came time for my birth, Megan’s presence was beyond what I could have imagined. I originally thought I might not need her since I had my husband, but as my labor turned out to be unexpectedly long and complicated, her support became absolutely essential. She provided hypnotherapy and spoke to me in a soothing, reassuring voice that helped me stay calm through each wave of labor. Her emotional intelligence, gentle encouragement, and grounding presence made a tremendous difference. She even captured photos that I will always cherish.

During the pushing stage, Megan coached me with patience and encouragement, helped me stay cool by pouring cold water over my head, and made sure I stayed hydrated. When complications arose—my son experienced shoulder dystocia—she remained calm, focused, and effective. She immediately assisted the birth team and called 911, demonstrating her quick thinking and strong emergency response skills.

Megan is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also brings kindness, wisdom, and an incredible sense of calm to everything she does. I cannot imagine my birth experience without her. Her ability to combine practical support, hypnotherapy, and compassionate care is truly a gift. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

Megan though not present for my birth offered support throughout my pregnancy/ postpartum journey. 
She made herself available at all hours of the day. Was there to provide emotional support along with answering my many questions. She is knowledgeable and very understanding. If you're like me and prefer an intimate birth experience with your spouse Megan's services are still so beneficial to you. This was my second pregnancy and vastly different from my first. I can't imagine not having the support from Megan along this journey.

Megan was the perfect Doula.  Immediately Megan was upfront, attentative and helpful with my needs.  She included my husband and provided super helpful advice and tools, even when she didn't have to.  I had a pregnancy with some serious complications.  Megan didn't hesitate to come support me at a hospital over an hour away.  She helped me emotionally and intellectually providing tools to support me through delivery.  During a long period of time, Megan came to the labor and delivery room, provided breaks for my husband, got me ice and even held a bag when I got sick.  During labor she worked like an oiled machine to work with the nurses and doctor.  She was an incredible advocate and team member.  Megan is an excellent choice for all expecting mothers.  I got all the things I wanted in delivery, unmedicated and my baby on my chest.  I highly recommend Megan to support you during this special time in your life.

Megan was our doula and she helped me navigate my very unexpected birth. I have had 3 prior births but my fourth came with curve balls. If it wasn't for Megan coming to help provide comfort and a sense of stability I don't know if I could have relaxed enough to go into labor. During my planned home birth we couldn't get a hold of my midwife she had went out of town the weekend after I turned 42 weeks. Megan came and comforted me and my husband. Megan helped support us during the difficult decisions we had to make in the moment. I can not express how thankful I am that she was able to support us giving me the space to cry and the gentle reminder I needed that regardless I was going to have a baby and my feelings were valid but I needed to refocus to the moment so I could practice relaxation to manage my labor. So I was able to cry and remember that I was safe, my baby was safe, and my three older children were safe. My labor was only 8 hours and my baby was 11lbs (no gd I just make big babies) and healthy, delivered vaginally with no tears.
