Delilah's calm energy and motivating words allowed me to enjoy my birthing experience much more. With not knowing many techniques to help during contractions; Delilah provided plenty of techniques, positions, and information that guided me through it all. She also made my partner feel relaxed as she noticed some anxiety coming from him. I love how she advocated for me to the nurses as I stated some of my needs. It truly was a great experience having her in the room with me. Thank you so much!

Delilah was an AMAZING doula. I loved working with her. She was able to help me through my pregnancy as a first time mom as well as help through my labor. I was able to have a fast and safe delivery and made it to 8cm without an epidural. She was able to help me through breath excercises and stretching. If I have anymore children in the future I would definitely use her again and I would recommend her to anyone reading my review. She truly cares and it shows in not only her professional treatment but the bonds she builds. She has become family over the process and I thank her for all of her help.
