Francesca was the perfect postpartum doula for me! I will recommend her to everyone I know. I suffered postpartum anxiety with my first child (born during Covid) and due to subsequent late term losses, I was also very anxious thus pregnancy. Francesca eased my anxieties early on--assuring me she was willing to wear a mask if I requested and even sharing her vaccine record so I'd feel safe with her around baby. She meets her clients where they are and helps them thru their personal journey to the other side--exactly what a great doula does! Thanks to her, I reached my goal of exclusively breastfeeding (my first time doing so) and even was back to the gym at 4 weeks postpartum!  Your mental health is the first step to physical help, for both you and baby. Francesca will be there for you so you can have the postpartum experience you need and deserve.

Francesca was a godsend when it came to transitioning my baby from using a nipple shield to latching without one! She helped with positioning and showing me how to latch on the baby without pain! She check my baby's mouth to ensure there were no ties I wasn't aware of. She also assisted me with getting the correct flange size for pumping. She is the absolute sweetest and answered all my questions and doubts.

Francesca was an amazing asset to my birthing experience as a first time mom. I am eternally grateful for her support during my 72 hour labor. She was so patient and level headed during each step in my induction process and making sure I felt safe and comfortable with each decision that I made. Even when the birth plan had to be changed, I was in control of the choices made. Considering how long and painful (not due to contractions) the process was, my postpartum experience has been fantastic and I really credit that to Francesca's support. I'm already thinking about baby #2!
