Hi! As a former Nurse and mom of two, I’m excited to share my years of diverse L&D experience and knowledge including antepartum care, VBACs, multiples, loss, breast-feeding support and more in order to support parents in this transformative life event. I am also trained in myofacial release work which helps to relieve tension, increase flexibility and strength, as well as ease pain. I will also be a certified lactation consultant by Mid November. I look forward to connecting with you. The Doula client relationship is a close one. If I am not the right fit for you I can help connect you to others in the growing Twin Cities Doula community.
