As a former Nurse and mom of two, I’m excited to share my years of diverse L&D experience and knowledge including antepartum care, VBACs, multiples, loss, breast-feeding support and more in order to support parents in this transformative life event. I am also trained in myofacial release work which helps to relieve tension, increase flexibility and strength, as well as ease pain. I am also working on recertification for serving as a lactation consultant I look forward to connecting with you.
