November 2024:

Hannah was such a huge help during an early evening shift. She jumped right in to keep my toddler busy and engaged, which made our bedtime routine so much smoother. Once I transitioned my toddler to bed, Hannah seamlessly took over caring for the baby.

Her support with sibling integration was wonderful—she made both of my children feel cared for and included. On top of that, Hannah’s nursing background really shined through in the way she supported my postpartum healing. She offered thoughtful feedback and encouragement on my breastfeeding journey, which gave me confidence and comfort.

I am so thankful for Hannah’s calm, capable, and compassionate presence. She made a real difference for our family during this special and sometimes overwhelming time.

(July 2025) I am so grateful for the support Janay provided during the birth of my son. Even though my labor ended in an emergency C-section after failure to progress, Janay never left my side. She stayed with me throughout the process and was there waiting for us in the Mother-Baby Unit afterwards, which meant so much during such an emotional time.

Her care didn’t stop at the hospital—she even brought breakfast one morning for my family, which was such a thoughtful and nurturing gesture. Janay’s presence brought comfort, calm, and genuine compassion during one of the most important and vulnerable times of my life.

I wholeheartedly recommend Janay to anyone looking for a doula who is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also deeply kind and committed to supporting families.

We hired Terese as our doula to help us with our baby boy starting right when we got home from the hospital, and I truly don't know how we would have done it without her! She is an incredible doula, answered all of my questions, and was so great with our son. Donna also helped out and We felt so safe, day or night, with him in Terese & Donna's care. We highly recommend Terese& Donna  if you are looking for  responsive, kind, flexible and trustworthy doulas! We are so grateful for both of their help.

My husband and I have been very satisfied working with Terese. When we had the intro call, she was very prepared, and so easy to work and communicate with. When we met her in person for the complimentary baby 101 class, I was impressed with how prepared she was -- informative slide deck and came with stuff to demo with. I had the absolute privilege of having Janay as my birth doula in 2022 in Fullerton, and I truly don’t know how I would’ve made it through my labor without her. I was in labor for 36 hours, and she was by my side the entire time—calm, steady, encouraging, and incredibly supportive. Her presence made such a difference through every wave, and I always felt safe and cared for.

Janay went above and beyond from the very beginning. She was with me for all of my prenatal appointments, took time to go over my birth plan in detail, and we even came up with safe words so I could communicate clearly during labor. She made sure my voice was heard and was an amazing advocate when I needed it most.

After my baby was born, Janay even brought breakfast to the hospital—from a restaurant of my choosing!—and gave me the sweetest, most thoughtful gift for my baby. That simple act of kindness meant so much and truly speaks to how deeply she cares.

If you're looking for a doula who is genuinely dedicated, nurturing, and fully invested in your experience, I can’t recommend Janay enough. She made a long and intense labor feel supported and empowering, and I’ll always be grateful for her.

We are so incredibly grateful for Terese Flores and the exceptional care she provided for our newborn twins. From the very first day, it was clear that Terese is not only deeply knowledgeable about newborn care but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. She handled our twins with such gentle confidence that we immediately felt at ease.

Her communication was always clear, timely, and thoughtful—whether she was updating us on feedings or guiding us through our first few weeks as new parents. On top of that, Terese's strong work ethic and reliability gave us peace of mind during a very hectic and emotional time.

(March 2025) Kalauna was my wife's postaprtum doula. Kalauna was a joy to have in our home and doesn' mind jumping in to help out siblings. Kalauna supported out entire family as a whole for both daytime and evening shifts. She accompanied my wife on walks, bathing our newborn and taking oiver while my wife took a nap. kalauna is communicative and competent. We look forward to seeing more of her in the future!

I contacted Fika Newborn and was connected with doula Hannah. We arranged for her to come a couple evenings a week to help us adjust to caring for our 8-week old baby. Hannah was a great support. She provided useful guidance and encouragement for our journey as first time parents. She also was great at caring for our baby so that we had a period of respite to catch up on sleep and work. For those who need help with bottle cleaning and baby laundry, she was always very willing to assist. We are grateful to Fika and Hannah!

We had Donna as our postpartum doula. She helped to take care of our baby for the first couple of weeks. She is patient, nice and kind. She gave us tips of how to take care of newborns. She suggested good resolutions with our questions. We are thankful for her service which made our life easier.

Donna was a wonderful overnight doula for our newborn daughter. She exudes a very warm and calm energy that really put all of us at ease. She took our directions very well with sleep and feeding schedules and made sure our daughter was very well taken for, and sleeping very peacefully most nights. We really loved her!
