Anastasia was a warm, loving, encouraging, and caring presence at my homebirth in April 2025. She arrived first to assess my labor and to offer her help and encouragement; then she helped faciliate the arrival of my birth team while my contractions were ramping up, which was invaluable as my husband was busy taking care of the last minute prepartions in the room where I planned to give birth and I was consumed with pretty fast and hard labor pretty early on. She made sure I always had a water cup with a straw nearby, so I didn't even have to ask when I felt thirsty. She was a sounding board for my husband and a cheerleader for me. She helped clean up after the birth and made my husband and me breakfast, she he could stay by my side with our new baby. Beyond the services she provided during labor and birth, her attentiveness and suggestions during our prenatal visits were so helpful. I am SO glad I hired Anastasia to attend my birth and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula!!

We were lucky to have Anastasia as our doula for the birth of our daughter and we LOVED our experience. I initially planned an unmedicated spontaneous labor which Anastasia helped me prepare myself and my partner for. I felt very supported in my wishes for my labor and Anastasia remained flexible when my plan for an unmedicated labor turned into an induction with an epidural. Despite my birth not being what I initially planned for I would not change a thing about my experience and I am so glad we had Anastasia there to support us as well as to document the birth! The pictures and videos we have from our daughter’s birth are something my partner and I have looked back on almost every day since her arrival two weeks ago. I have worked with many doulas in my job as a labor and delivery nurse and I would choose Anastasia again in a heartbeat!

Anastasia was so thoughtful, kind, and supportive. I so wish we had hired her earlier! She was very professional but also warm and engaging and our pre-birth home visits with her really put us at ease. Unfortunately our birth did not go at all as planned but Anastasia was there for us throughout and we are so grateful for her companionship and the beautiful placenta prints she made for us.

Anastasia was such a grounding support during our birth. We had a very long (multi-day) exhausting labor and she really went above and beyond, first assisting us at home and later at the hospital. She has such a calming presence and from the moment we met her we were instantly comfortable. As a Philly mom who has been through it herself, she has excellent reccomendations. We are so grateful for all of her guidance both before and after birth.
