Deciding to birth without pain medication was something that I knew I wanted to do but I still was anxious over the unknown. I had my first child with an epidural and although it was a beautiful birth experience I knew that this time I needed to better prepare myself and have more support around me.
I knew I needed someone who was educated about birth to be by my side before, during and after birth and thankfully I got to have that with my best friend!
Elaina made sure I was well prepared mentally and physically going into labor and birth and has been by my side after to help guide me through all the postpartum challenges. I love her sweet and honest spirit, and love that she is beyond motivated to help mamas have an empowered birth experience.
