Elaina is and has been an incredible light for our family. She is gentle, kind, knowledgeable, nurturing, and gave us the attention and love that our family needed during an incredibly difficult time. She frequently checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly both for myself and my son. We are so thankful to have found her and worked with her. She is also multitalented, as she practices body work in addition to her doula services, and was able to provide both myself and my son with comfort through that as well.

We are so grateful for Elaina! She was incredibly knowledgeable throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Whenever she didn't immediately have an answer, she was quick to find reliable information and get back to us. She helped us feel prepared and confident going into birth and continued to support us afterward. Her regular check-ins, encouragement, and genuine care made a big difference during this special time. Knowing we always had someone in our corner gave us peace of mind, and I am grateful for her support!

Working with our night nurse was such a gift during the newborn stage. She was consistently punctual, flexible with our changing needs, and incredibly easy to communicate with. From the start, she felt more like a trusted friend coming over to help than a provider in our home, which made those long nights so much easier. Having her support allowed me to truly rest and heal instead of struggling through those first few weeks. She helped us ease into our new normal and actually enjoy the newborn stage rather than just survive it. We also really appreciated the detailed nightly notes—they gave us peace of mind and helped us feel connected to our baby’s routine even while resting. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Deciding to birth without pain medication was something that I knew I wanted to do but I still was anxious over the unknown. I had my first child with an epidural and although it was a beautiful birth experience I knew that this time I needed to better prepare myself and have more support around me.
I knew I needed someone who was educated about birth to be by my side before, during and after birth and thankfully I got to have that with my best friend!
Elaina made sure I was well prepared mentally and physically going into labor and birth and has been by my side after to help guide me through all the postpartum challenges. I love her sweet and honest spirit, and love that she is beyond motivated to help mamas have an empowered birth experience.
