Maria is an exceptional caregiver in so many ways! She got us through the first 14 weeks’ worth of nights with our baby boy, who was born prematurely by 7 weeks and was in the NICU for a month. She is kind, thoughtful and most importantly, very knowledgeable about how to care for newborns. From the very first night, we felt comfortable having her in our home. She has the emotional intelligence to know how anxious or nervous parents can be, and does a really good job of providing input without coming across as pushy. She was easily able to onboard to the apps we were already using (Nanit, Nara) to track our baby’s feeds & diapers, making the transition from night to morning very seamless. Our son was incredibly well taken care of and thrived under her care. Our goal for our time with Maria was to get help with getting him to sleep through the night, which involved planning his feed volumes, playtimes, etc in a schedule week-over-week. Maria was able to give us detailed plans and guidance on how to make it happen, and we’re thrilled that we were able to get to the place where our son sleeps through the night before her time with us ended. We would absolutely hire Maria again if we have another child! She is the best of the best!

We were so lucky to be able tonight work with Maria as our newborn care specialist for three months, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. As first-time parents, we truly didn’t know what we didn’t know. Maria guided us through every step with expertise, care, and patience.

She recognized that our baby likely had a cow’s milk allergy, something we never would have realized on our own. We would have assumed our baby was just fussy on the bottle, but thanks to Maria, we were able to get the right help within days and avoid our baby being in discomfort. Even when we changed formula and altered the diet for breast milk, Maria still noticed excessive gas and signs of discomfort from our baby. Again, the signs were very subtle and not something we would’ve understood as first time parents. She referred us to the best pediatric gastroenterologist in Los Angeles where we finally sorted out our newborn’s tummy troubles. Maria also recommended other wonderful specialists including someone to help prevent “flat head” when our baby preferred sleeping to one side.

Her wealth of knowledge was invaluable. She taught us the best way to swaddle, when to transition to a sleep sack, how to administer medicine through a pacifier, how to follow a daytime schedule that set us up for the ultimate gift: our baby sleeping 12 hours at night.

Beyond her skills, her dedication and professionalism were unmatched. She always arrived early and stayed late in the mornings to ensure the baby was peacefully asleep before she would leave for the day. She treated our little one with genuine warmth and care.

If you are lucky enough to have the chance to work with her, I cannot recommend her enough.

We had the pleasure of working with Maria for 12 weeks, and we couldn't be more grateful for her support during such a vulnerable and important time. From the moment she arrived, she was kind, caring, and incredibly easy to be around--she quickly became a trusted presence in our home :)

Her knowledge and experience were evident right away. She not only helped us get our baby on a consistent sleep schedule but also guided us through several key transitions, including moving from a swaddle to a sleep sack. Thanks to her expert guidance, our baby was sleeping through the night in under 12 weeks!

She was also an incredible support with breastfeeding, offering hands-on help and encouragement, and she was always ready to problem-solve when our baby had challenges with eating, sleep, head movement, etc. On top of that, she made thoughtful recommendations for additional care our baby might benefit from, which we truly appreciated. We loved all the doctors and specialists she recommended.

We feel so lucky to have had her by our side during those early weeks. Her calm presence, warmth, and expertise made a world of difference for our family. We will definitely be calling Maria for future kids!!

As first time parents to newborn twins and wanting to ensure that we had a trustworthy night nurse as we catch up on much needed sleep as well as settle into our new reality. Maria and team got started immediately as we just got home from the hospital and quickly got us situated and made sure our new baby boy and girl were well taken care of. The team was great at communicating recaps of how our babies did during the night and gave great recs on how to handle certain situations. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for night nurse services!

Maria is a true GIFT! We are first time parents who would have not survived the first 3 months of our son’s life if it wasn’t for Maria. She has been with us since the day our son came from the hospital. She is so hard working, ten steps ahead, organized, smart, personable, even consoled me when we realized my son didn’t do well with my breast milk. She’s always on time, stays beyond her scheduled time to help you and/or teach you. She is more knowledgeable than an online mommy course and most pediatricians. She has spent thousands of hours with babies and understands how to sleep condition them, feed them, what formula to use, how to effectively clean and sanitize bottles, how to prevent a flat head, what signs to look for when your baby is tired/hungry/sick and much more. In addition, she cares about the mother, always checks in on the baby and always makes sure you stay on schedule. Thanks to Maria, our son was sleeping through the night by 7 weeks. She made us become much more confident parents. Maria is worth every penny and more. I will definitely hire Maria again for our next baby. She is a true gift to any parent that hires her. The most caring, loving, gentle, knowable night nurse out there. Always answers any question even when she’s not on the clock. She really cares about her clients and their big dogs too ;). She is an asset to any new parent. If we could, we’d have her move in. We LOVE Maria and are so sad our time is coming to an end.. if you want someone you can trust who will teach you the ropes of parenthood, Maria is your gal!

María was wonderful with our baby girl! Would highly recommend to any new mom. She helped us sleep condition and my baby is sleeping great. She also helped me with breast feeding and other tips. We were very happy we had her those first couple of months.

We had Maria since the day we brought our 3rd son home. She has been fantastic and is very proactive in communicating any potential issues he may have. Maria also provides information on infant care and a schedule for day time to help move him towards sleeping through the night. Our son is only 6 weeks but already sleeping well and hitting all his sleep milestones. I sleep well knowing he has Maria caring for him! It’s been great having her in our home and she quickly got up to speed on where everything is. Maria has also been very helpful beyond caring for my son (e.g., fills my water bottle, washes bottles, moves baby gear so I’m set up when she leaves in the morning). 100% recommend her!

We had Maria with us from day 1, and her experience and care for our newborn was incredible!  Maria was not only wonderful and very meticulous in making sure our baby had the best care, but she guided us to do the same during hours she was not here in the 4 months she worked with us.  Her schedules for our baby made it surprisingly simple for us to know how often to feed the baby, when the baby should sleep, and when baby needs to be up and playing.  We were sad to see Maria leave after her night duties with us had come to an end, but our baby has been sleep trained wonderfully by Maria so we are able to get nightly rest without the baby waking up in the middle of the night.  Maria was extremely punctual, always prepared, and really bonded with our baby.  I can’t imagine having another child and not calling Maria to guide us again on proper care for a newborn!  I highly recommend Maria for any new parents’ newborn care!
