Type of practice: Partnership with 2 or more doulas

Clients per month: 1 to 2 births and 1 to 2 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: No smokers, please.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
My priority is to provide support for you, your family, and your baby. I work alongside the medical team to ensure a safe and comfortable birthing experience.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
Midwifes, Doctors, NP's, Registered Nurses must be present at the birthing centers.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I will attend a home birth as long as a Certified Nurse Midwife, OB-GYN, PA or Registered Nurse is present for the delivery of the baby.

Bachelor of Science in Psychology with several professional organizations, including the Cornerstone Doula Provider, Cornerstone Postpartum Doula Provider, DONA International Doula, The American Heart Association CPR Instructor, American Heart CPR BLS Provider, American Red Cross CPR Instructor, ACLS, PALS, NRP, Lactation Educator, National Black Doula Association Member, Certified Nurse Assistant of 19 years, Certified Emergency Medical Technician of 11 years, HIPPA Certification, ServSafe Certification, Mother and Nana. I love being a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula Provider, Breastfeeding Advocate, and Community Resource Advocate. I am a loving, dedicated, compassionate mom, nana, healthcare provider, and doula.

Congratulations! I am a dedicated mother, Nana, BSPSY, EMT, Certified Nurse Assistant, Certified Doula, and Lactation Consultant with over 20 years of experience. I support your birthing needs, help prepare plans, attend OB-Gyn appointments, provide family support, offer newborn care, and teach CPR to parents and caregivers. Additionally, I have 11 years as an EMT, 19 years as a CNA, and 4 years as a CPR Instructor. As a proud mother of two Veterans, two college graduates, and a son with Autism—and a Nana of twin girls—I advocate for special needs children and families.
