I cannot recommend Angela enough. I gave birth unmedicated and truly could not have done it without her unwavering support. She was by my side the entire time, offering calm guidance and encouragement, and even went with me into the operating room to hold my hand while I was being stitched. She not only supported me, but also coached my husband on how to best help me through each stage, which made all the difference for both of us. Her presence, care, and expertise brought me so much strength and peace throughout the process. She is an amazing human being and an incredible doula. I am beyond grateful to have had her with me on this journey.

I am beyond grateful for the support and expertise that Angela provided throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experience. Achieving my goal of a natural, unmedicated birth would not have been possible without her unwavering encouragement and genuine care.  

From our very first prenatal visit, Angela took time to get to know me, offering insightful guidance and helping me craft a tailored birth plan. Her thoughtful tips for natural induction—including supplements and exercises—helped me feel confident and prepared as my due date approached.  

On the day of my child’s birth, Angela was truly indispensable. She is 100% hands-on during labor, providing constant comfort measures like counter pressure, massage, and more. Her duffel bag of supportive tools—including a birth sling, birthing comb, and other aids—helped me through my 11 hours of active labor, making every contraction manageable. She also coached my partner, empowering him to support me and feel included.  

Her guidance with visualization techniques and reminders to rest between contractions made all the difference, allowing me to conserve energy and labor as long as needed, always feeling supported.  

During our postpartum visit, Angela taught me belly binding and how to wear my baby—skills that nurtured my recovery and strengthened my bond with my newborn. Her genuine care extended beyond birth, making my family feel valued and celebrated.  

If you’re seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly supportive doula who advocates for your wishes, offers constant comfort measures, and is an unwavering presence through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I cannot recommend Angela enough. I truly don’t believe I could have accomplished my natural birth without her, and I will absolutely ask her to join us for any future children. She is one in a million!

Review of Angie, Our Amazing Birth Doula

I can’t recommend Angie enough! She was a complete game changer during the birth of my first baby. From our initial meetings to postpartum support, she exceeded every expectation. Her services included two prenatal visits where we went over birthing options, crafted a birth plan, and she patiently answered every question my husband and I had. She even came to our house, which gave us the opportunity to make sure she was the perfect fit. Angie also walked us through various labor and delivery techniques and methods for managing pain during contractions.

Once I went into labor, Angie became essential. She coached me through breath work and guided me in changing positions to help ease the process. I am convinced that without her expertise, my delivery would have taken much longer. Her presence was calming and empowering, and I truly felt that she had my back every step of the way. After I delivered my baby girl, Angie was there for Sofia’s first feeding, making sure we had all the support we needed before she left the hospital.

Her postpartum visits have been an absolute gift, and the recovery soup she brings with her is just one of the many thoughtful touches she includes in her care. I am 100% planning on using Angie again when we decide to have another child and have encouraged my circle of friends to consider a doula in order to make their birth experience as positive as mine was with Angie.

Let me start by saying that without Angie by my side, I might have faced a C-section. Angie was not just a guide; she was my rock throughout the entire labor. Her unwavering support and kindness turned what could have been a stressful experience into a journey of empowerment and understanding. Even when things didn’t go as planned, she was there, helping me navigate every twist and turn at the hospital.

Angie continuously reassured me that I had control over my choices and my induction process, which gave me immense confidence and peace of mind.
