I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Paola! She was an absolute lifesaver during those first few weeks with my newborn daughter. For three weeks, Paola cared for us at night, and her calm, loving presence brought so much comfort during a time that felt overwhelming.

Every time I heard her arrive in the evening, I felt instant relief — I knew my daughter and I were in the best hands. Paola’s warmth and experience made all the difference. She helped me manage my daughter’s reflux, shared incredibly helpful breastfeeding tips, and even made sure I stayed hydrated by thoughtfully bringing me water while I nursed. Those small but meaningful gestures showed just how much she truly cares.

What amazed me most was Paola’s magic touch with babies. No matter how fussy my daughter was, Paola had this incredible ability to calm her almost instantly.

Beyond her skills, Paola is incredibly reliable — always on time, highly communicative, and so easy to trust. Knowing she was there gave me such peace of mind, allowing me to get the rest I desperately needed.

If you’re looking for a warm, caring, and dependable nighttime doula, Paola is absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful for her support and can’t recommend her enough!

Paola was born to be a doula! My family and I were so fortunate that we were recommended Paola as a postpartum night doula. Paola adores babies and they adore her. She has an instant calming presence with babies. After a difficult labor with serious complications during and after, Paola’s help was life changing. I wish she could be there to help every mother and family. I don’t know how I could have made it through those first few weeks without her support. She helped me with my breastfeeding journey making sure my son was latching correctly, checking when she brought him at night to breastfeed that I had enough water and giving me tips to increase my milk supply.  She is a fountain of knowledge on newborns and breastfeeding. She gave us so many helpful tips and techniques from swaddling to soothing the baby. She helped us get ready even before the baby arrived. Giving us a list of recommended products and guiding me through my nursery set up. She prepared day and bedtime schedules for us to follow. Our little boy is an amazing sleeper thanks to her. She helped us when our baby started having problems with gassiness. Best of all, Paola exudes joy. I think babies sense this immediately. She absolutely loves caring for babies and will give so much love to your baby. I love seeing her with my son. She wants you to be the best parent you can be. She is so encouraging and as first-time parents her cheerleading and letting us know we were doing well meant so much.  She was always available to help us with any questions we had. I could not have asked for a more loving and caring person to care for my son! It was the best decision we ever made for our family.

We highly recommend Paola Reis.

As first-time parents, having someone like Paola helping us navigate the first weeks was essential to both give us precious time to rest and to guide us on all things from his first bath to establishing a night routine. 

Paola was reliable, trustworthy and always bringing a good energy to our house. The fact that we could use a work benefit (Carrot) to get reimbursed was also a decision factor for working with Paola.

Paola was such a help to our family after the birth of our little one. She took care of the baby at night to make sure we could get as much sleep as possible between the frequent night feedings. When he woke up at night, Paola would change his diaper and bring him to me to feed. She would help keep him awake so he could get a full feed and burp him since it was still hard for me to get out of bed while recovering. She also helped settie him back to sleep in his bassinet. As he grew she also had great suggestions for helping him with gas and to generally be more comfortable at night. We were so happy to have Paola's support during those first few weeks and would definitely recommend her to other families.

I cannot recommend Paola enough! I have a wonderful baby girl who, unfortunately, struggles with reflux and eczema. Thanks to her experience and expertise, Paola helped me care for my daughter and ease the discomfort caused by both conditions. Beyond that, she guided us in creating a personalized schedule and sleep routine that has resulted in fewer crying sessions and a much happier baby.

Paola is not only a doula, she is an angel, and covered all our needs for pregnancy, birth and post partum.

I had a induced labor that lasted about 56 hours, spending 5 days at the hospital. Paola was the only reason that I made it through to acheive my birth plan.

I cannot express enough how much Paola helped with my birth process and knowing how to move my body in the early labor hours while also helping me with breathing and pain management.  She was there to speak with my nurses and midwives and to make sure I had an extra partner and advocate as we progressed to active labor and delivery.

Once my baby was born, Poala was the first to begin executing my post birth nutritional plan and making sure my family was supporting my recovery.  Shes been amazing as a source of information and advice and is someone I can call at any hour or time of the day.  This would not have been possible were it not for her expertise and partnership.

Paola helped us care for our baby at night when he was four months old and going through a sleep regression, transitioning from sleeping through the night to waking up frequently. She was incredibly professional and experienced, helping us improve our baby’s nighttime feeding schedule and establish healthy sleep habits. Paola had a magical way of soothing our baby, and every time she was with us, our baby slept so well that we could feel completely at ease. She was also very patient and took the time to share her expertise with us, teaching us how to better care for and calm our baby.

Paola has been an immense help to our growing family, we cannot recommend her services enough! We are first time parents to twins and Paola has made our transition into parenthood much more manageable than I could have imagined. Paola was born to work with babies, and her passion shines through her care. We are so impressed with her ability to attend to both our babies needs. Paola is a very friendly person who brings good experience and knowledge to the table. She was very helpful in my wife's initial postpartum journey. She gave us a detailed categoric list of the things and brand recommendations to buy for our nursery and the baby. That was very helpful.

In our new experience, she quickly became someone we can rely on daily to ask the small and big questions. She handled our baby with a lot of love and connected with her very well. She also got along with us and our parents, who were living with us.

I cannot recommend Paola’s services as a night doula enough. For 6 months (from birth), she was an invaluable part of our family, guiding us through the challenges of caring for a newborn with incredible affection, professionalism, and expertise. Paola truly understands newborns and seems to instinctively know what they need—she’s essentially THE baby whisperer. Her calming presence and special energy were a huge relief, especially during those early nights when she had to come into our bedroom every few hours to help with feeding.

What we appreciated the most was how Paola gently guided us through our baby's feeding journey, using her vast experience to recognize patterns and make sure everything went smoothly. Her knowledge of the different stages of a baby’s life was clear in everything she did. Paola was punctual to the minute every single day during our journey together, and even in her most exhausting nights, always maintained the highest level of professionalism.

We adored working with Paola and her colleague Amanda for the first 4 weeks home with our newborn. Paola was professional, warm, and most importantly-she helped us get lots of sleep! Our baby LOVES Paola--she has all the best tips for how to soothe fussy newborns, and she gave me lots of helpful tips on breastfeeding. We would highly recommend working with the amazing Paola!
