I could not recommend Christina any more!! She was my doula for both birth and postpartum night support for several months, and she was truly incredible in every way. She is deeply knowledgeable, compassionate, and an absolute pleasure to be around. Christina is adaptable and intentional — she genuinely wants to be the best possible support for each unique family. She asks thoughtful questions to understand what really matters to you, and then is laser-focused on helping in whatever way you need.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Christina during those early months. In addition to being wonderful with my baby, she helped me tremendously with lactation and provided invaluable emotional and mental health support. Anytime I had a question or was trying to figure something out, she would research it and send me information and reassurance — always going above and beyond.
Christina is truly the perfect combination of compassion, professionalism, and expertise. She brings calm and confidence to even the most overwhelming moments, and I would recommend her to anyone 1000%!

We cannot recommend Christina highly enough! She supported my wife and me through our delivery in August, and we are profoundly grateful for her care and expertise.
Despite all our preparation and research, we found the birth process still felt somewhat mysterious and overwhelming. Christina made it legible. She helped us understand what was happening at each stage and what our options were, which gave us confidence when we needed it most.
While we appreciated our hospital staff, having Christina as our advocate was invaluable. She ensured we were informed about every decision and empowered us to make choices that felt right for us, never pressured into anything we weren't comfortable with. Her presence meant we always had someone unequivocally in our corner.
Christina's bedside manner is exceptional. During the long waiting periods, she was wonderful company—warm, engaging, and calming. When things intensified, she shifted seamlessly into focused support mode. During active labor and afterward, when my wife experienced significant blood loss, Christina was absolutely crucial. Her calm competence and quick thinking during those critical moments cannot be overstated.
Even after the birth, Christina's support has continued. Her follow-up care has been thoughtful and her advice consistently wise and grounded.
If you're looking for a doula who combines deep knowledge, genuine advocacy, and compassionate presence, Christina is exceptional. She made one of the most important experiences of our lives better in every way.

I used Christina for the birth of my first child (July 2025). She was such a pleasure to work with and helped me really understand everything that I should expect/encounter. Everytime I had a question, she was there to help answer it. I ended up going with a c-section and Christina still showed up to be there for me and my husband. Christina even checked in on us after we came back home from the hospital. I really don't think I would have been able to do this without her.

Very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend especially for first time parents!! We decided at the last minute - literally one week before my induction date - that we wanted a doula. We found Christina and saw her reviews and credentials were great. She responded super fast, and was able to hold a really thorough birth plan session on Facetime where we walked through every detail of the birth plan and what to expect at the hospital. The day of my induction, she stayed in touch once we got to the hospital and checked in every hour or so, and she came to join us about 12 hours later. Really helped me through the long night of contractions with lots of massages and stretches and talking through everything. When the hospital staff said I had to do something or couldn’t do something, she was really conscientious and knowledgeable to be able to pull us aside and tell us what our rights and options really were. After our baby was born, she stayed with us in the postpartum room to make sure I was good and settled and walked me through my first breastfeeding. And finally she came for a super helpful postpartum session at our house, answered all of our questions, gave us some great tips, and still checks in periodically to see how we’re doing through baby’s first month.

I am so glad that we had Christina as a support person during my labor and delivery. She had the right tools and techniques to guide and assist me in what I thought was a relatively quick but intense labor. Her massages during my labor were super helpful in managing the pain. She suggested different positions to get me off the bed which helped as well. She was always proactive in her communication over chat throughout my pregnancy and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She also helped me ask the right questions to my OB before my appointments so as to have minimal medical intervention which was one of my goals in my birth plan. The fact that the delivery team in the hospital said my doula was amazing post birth speaks about Christina’s skills and her personality as a doula. We were lucky to have her on our team in my pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey.

Christina was the doula I never knew I needed until she was assisting me. She is very knowledgeable and also resourceful if she needs to find the answer. Her presence is calming and welcoming. She was especially helpful to me with nursing advice. She is readily accessible and a great communicator as to expectations. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were blown away by Christina's support during the birth of our daughter. She was calm, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She made the whole experience much smoother and was a great comfort to us both. She helped me feel more involved in the birthing process, which really helped my wife and I connect. Highly recommended!

Working with Christina has been an absolute dream! She was such an incredible support and advocate during the birth of my second son and has fit into our family so seamlessly during a sensitive and special time postpartum. I am typically very hesitant to have none family members around postpartum, and was set against it with my first son, but she has been such an amazing resource. Having an extra set of extremely capable hands has been invaluable during my recovery. Christina has been great in caring for me, my older son, and our newborn. As we began to work together postpartum, she has diligently pitched in around the house where needed and without any instruction which I love. She is so proactive and has such a deep understanding of this sensitive postpartum period and what a family needs as they work through the growing pains of welcoming a new child. Her lactation training has also made her incredibly valuable as I navigated a few feeding challenges with my newborn. All in all I really can't recommend Christina encough - Any family would be extremely lucky to have her! I'm only sad that this might be my last baby and I won't have an opportunity to work with her again.

Christina supported me through both of my cesareans. She helped me to better navigate the emotional and physical challenges of each experience and treated them as they were, completely different from one another. I am forever grateful for having the opportunity to work so closely with such a wonderful person during a really challenging time. My connection with Christina was instant and she always made me feel safe and understood. For families considering having a doula present at their birth, I couldn’t have asked for a better fit. Christina, thank you for being my guiding light.

Christina was an absolute lifesaver during our birthing journey and the subsequent postpartum period. Her calm and reassuring demeanor provided immense comfort during labor, guiding us through each contraction with gentle encouragement. Her expertise and knowledge were evident in every interaction, and she was always available to answer questions and address concerns.
Postpartum care with Christina was equally exceptional. She not only cared for our newborn but also provided essential support to me and my husband. She was incredibly attentive to my needs, ensuring I was well-rested and nourished. Her guidance and support during breastfeeding helped me overcome initial challenges with milk supply. Beyond physical care, Christina provided emotional support, offering a listening ear and practical advice. Her dedication to our family was truly invaluable. We are forever grateful for her contribution during such a sacred time and wholeheartedly recommend her services to any family seeking a truly exceptional doula experience.
