Clients per month: 0 to 1 births and 0 to 2 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: No deep cleaning or family meal prep. Light tidying and snacks upon a request. Postpartum doula work is offered within the first 3 months of child’s life. Overnight care is booked in 4-8 hour sessions. Postpartum day care is booked in 3 hour sessions.

Hospital births are supported at this time. Midwife services are preferred.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
Midwife or medical provider attendance at birth is required.

Master in public health with a concentration in women’s health, 2019 trip to Panama for women’s public health advocacy and community support, 2024-present march of dimes volunteer, 2025 Perinatal Health Equity Institute (PHEI) volunteer.

Fee Details

Birth only plan is $1000 and includes a consultation call, on-call support from 38 - 42 weeks, and text/phone support until 8 wks postpartum. The standard package is $1800 and includes the birth only plan plus herbal consultation, herbal blend for labor prep and postpartum support, 2 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum visits. The platinum package is $2400 and includes the standard package plus 2 additional postpartum visits and belly binding. Postpartum only support is $50/hr and is scheduled in 3-hour long visits for $150 per visit. Each package is subject to a travel fee if it is further than listed counties. Late night (after 9pm) & overnight postpartum care must be a minimum of 4 hours and is $75/hour for a minimum of $300 per visit. Family packages available for weekly overnight services: 3 nights/wk (8 hrs) $1750, monthly service discounts available.
