communication with the medical team. This balance created a sense of collaboration and safety
that allowed me to fully focus on my birthing experience. After the birth, Angela continued to offer thoughtful support, checking in emotionally and ensuring I felt grounded and cared for during the early postpartum period. Because of Angela, my birth experience felt supported, empowering, and positive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Angela Moorer to any expectant family seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated birthing doula.

I am writing this letter as a recommendation for my doula, Angela, who was an incredible source of support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period.

From the very beginning, Angela was exceptionally accommodating and respectful of my birth plan. She took the time to truly understand my preferences, concerns, and goals, and she made sure they were met every step of the way. I always felt heard, supported, and empowered because of her thoughtful, nonjudgmental, and caring approach.

Angela was also extremely communicative and dependable. Throughout my pregnancy, she consistently checked in on me, offering reassurance, guidance, and encouragement. After my birth, she continued to follow up and make sure I was recovering well both physically and emotionally, which meant more to me than I could have ever imagined. 

During my labor,  she was truly the best support I could have asked for. She has a calming presence which made the environment amazing. Her knowledge and encouragement with different positions and hitting pressure points helped me feel confident that I could mask the pain of contractions. She knew exactly when to offer the hands-on support, comforting words, or quiet reassurance, and her advocacy and attentiveness made a great impact in my birth experience.

I am incredibly grateful to have had her as my doula, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Any family who has the opportunity to work with her will be in excellent, compassionate, and capable hands.
