We were so fortunate to have Ana as our night doula during the early months with our newborn son. From the very first night, it was clear how experienced and knowledgeable she was. Ana was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—not just with our baby, but with us as new parents navigating everything for the first time. She was flexible with her schedule, always punctual, and completely reliable.

Beyond giving us the gift of rest, she taught us so much. Offering practical sleep training tips and even smart recommendations on baby gear/tech that made our lives easier. We felt confident and supported with her in our home. We wholeheartedly recommend Ana to any family in need of expert and compassionate newborn care. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

We were very grateful to have Ana take care of our baby during the night, allowing us to get some much needed sleep. Feeling rested during the day, we felt much more equipped to take on the many challenges of taking care for a newborn. Ana gave us many helpful tips on how to best care for our child and helped us formulate a sleeping schedule. She advised us on how to stretch his sleeping pattern and streamline the nightly feeds, which made us feel well prepared. She was courteous, friendly and we enjoyed having her come at nights and take care of our baby. She was great with our energetic pup too, which was a plus. :) We also appreciated that she came to meet us in person before starting to work with us. During this first visit she was very professional, asking us lots of questions and taking notes to get a sense of our needs and expectations, and to guide us in our journey as first time parents. Meeting her like this in advance was really reassuring.

Our family was fortunate to have such an exceptional daytime doula in Ana Colombo when she join our household during the critical newborn period. While her primary focus was caring for our newborn, she made such a positive impression that our toddler absolutely adored her.

Her newborn care expertise was evident in how confidently and tenderly she handled our infant. She was observant and communicated effectively, keeping us informed about the baby's patterns, developments, and any potential concerns to monitor. This proactive approach to communication helped us feel connected to our baby's day even when we couldn't be present for every moment.

Beyond childcare, she seamlessly integrated household management into her responsibilities, handling laundry and other tasks that often become overwhelming with a new baby. Her initiative in these areas allowed us to focus on bonding with our children rather than worrying about mounting chores.

What truly set her apart was her communication style. She consistently asked clarifying questions to ensure she understood our preferences and parenting approach, creating alignment between her care and our family values. When situations arose that required attention, she addressed them promptly and transparently, never hesitating to bring important matters to our attention.

Though not directly responsible for our toddler's care, she formed a wonderful connection with our older child, who clearly loved having her around. This positive relationship created a harmonious household atmosphere during a time of significant transition.

We highly recommend her services to any family navigating the postpartum period. Her combination of newborn expertise, household assistance, and excellent communication made our transition with a new baby significantly smoother than we could have imagined.

I truly don’t know how we would’ve made it through those first few weeks without Ana . From the moment she arrived, she brought a calming, nurturing presence into our home that made all the difference during such a tender and overwhelming time.
She supported me physically, emotionally, and mentally. helping with everything from newborn care and breastfeeding questions to making sure I stayed fed and rested. She never once made me feel judged or pressured, just completely supported and cared for. Her guidance helped me trust my instincts and gave me the confidence I needed as a new parent.
Not only did she care for me and the baby, but she also supported our whole family in adjusting to this huge life change. Her presence brought so much peace into our home. I highly recommend Ana she was a true gift during one of the most important transitions of my life.

Working with Ana was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy and birth journey. From our very first meeting, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and unwavering support that made all the difference. She took the time to understand my birth plan, answer every question with care, and empower me to advocate for the experience I wanted.During labor, Ana was an incredible presence, gentle, reassuring, and intuitive. She knew exactly when to step in with physical support, calming words, or helpful techniques, and when to simply hold space. Her guidance not only helped me stay grounded, but also gave my partner confidence and clarity in how to support me.I am so grateful for her knowledge, warmth, and dedication. We enjoyed working with Ana. Having a night doula for the first month with our newborn expedited my recovery. She was on time, kind and provided useful advice for new parents when requested. She was responsible, asked for feedback and gentle with our infant. We were glad to have her!

It's been a pleasure having Ana take care of our newborn. She is very proactive and has been incredibly helpful - very attentive to our child's needs. It was also really nice of Ana to always check in with us on how we were doing. When asked , Ana provided us with wonderful advice. As first time parents her guidance was very appreciated, e.g. how to safely give a bath and take care of diaper rash. We will miss her!
