My services include: a minimum of 3 prenatal visits, continuous in-person labor and birth support, and a minimum of 2 postnatal visits, with plenty of phone support in between. I provide education on childbirth, newborn care, and breastfeeding. My educational approach utilizes the Spinning Babies techniques both in preparation for birth, and applied hands on during labor. I have witnessed this method create balance in the mother's body to birth the baby with as little complications possible. In collaboration with a local CranioSacral therapist, my fee also includes two complimentary CranioSacral Therapy sessions; treatment can be used for either mom, newborn, or both. I have witnessed this powerful healing modality facilitate the mind-body connection and create space within the mother's body, as well as release tension and trauma for mother and baby, both prenatally and postnatally.
