My services include: a minimum of 3 prenatal visits, continuous in-person labor and birth support, and a minimum of 2 postnatal visits, with plenty of phone support in between. I provide education on childbirth, newborn care, and breastfeeding. My educational approach utilizes the Spinning Babies techniques both in preparation for birth, and applied hands on during labor.
