Anastasia was an incredible blessing to have for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! As a first time mom, everything was so overwhelming, & I don’t know how I would have given birth without her amazing doula support. She is an intentional listener who takes the time to hear you out, answer all your questions, & will do everything in her power to support what YOU want for your birth. She thoroughly explained the many ways birth can go, making sure I was aware of my choices & preparing me on what to expect in different scenarios. She was always very responsive in text & communication. My birth did not go according to the plan I had made, & Anastasia was essential in helping me navigate the change of plans & make informed decisions. During my induced & unmedicated labor, she was the steady anchor that kept me grounded. I don’t know how I would have given birth without her! She stuck with me from early labor, gently guiding me in the positions that I needed to be in, encouraging rest, nourishment, helping me use the tens unit, reminding me to relax and breathe, and reminding the nurses of my preferences. When things got intense & I felt like I could no longer keep going, she told me I could, her encouragement at every breaking point was everything. In labor, your mind enters another universe, & having a steady professional guide there to help with position changes, tools & coping mechanisms, pain management, laboring locations, etc made a world of a difference! Anastasia was the consistent & positive grounding force that held me together for 17 hours. She honored my wishes & took pictures & videos throughout, all the while caring for me & telling me exactly what I needed to hear to keep going. Anastasia will respect you and your wishes, keep you informed, protect your rights, and support you in your birth in whatever way you need. I could not recommend her enough!

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing Anastasia is. After moving away from my home state to Washington, I left behind everyone I knew and felt comfortable with. I was very nervous about having our baby in a completely unfamiliar place. I didn’t know anything about the hospitals or the birth process here, so I decided to find a doula I could truly rely on during this new season of life.

By God’s grace, we connected through a random website, met for a Starbucks coffee, and from that moment I knew she was the right person for me and our family. She completely exceeded our expectations and was truly a Godsend during this time.

I had a very difficult labor, but with her by my side, I now feel like I could do it all over again with confidence. She was our biggest support and someone we could trust with anything. Anastasia helped me achieve the natural birth I had always dreamed of—without medications or interventions. No matter the time of day or night, she always responded with encouragement and positivity and never once let me doubt that I could do this.

I truly cannot recommend her enough?????? Thank you, Anastasia! You are the best!!

I was recommended to get a doula for my first ever pregnancy and I didn't regret it. I must admit at first I was weary of the idea. But after some consideration I realized that since it is my first time and my support group is limited, I'd need any help i can get.

Anastasia is an amazing doula and a wonderful person. I was very lucky with her. My labor lasted 33 hours and she was there to help me and my mom. She was always considerate, professional and kind. My mom was so appreciative of her too. She knew when to offer a position change, when to offer ice or water, when to massage and what procedure would be next. Having someone like her by our side was a game changer. My mom could rest too and stress less and I was more taken of when I needed it.

Overall, 10/10! Super grateful

10 months ago I welcomed my baby boy into the world! I had given birth only one time before, 8 years prior. I think I was so much more nervous this time around because of how bad my first birth was. It was my first birth and i didn't really know what to expect. This time, I was beyond nervous. I didn't have money for a doula and had never had a birth experience with my husband as my precious birth was with my ex-husband. My last birth was very traumatic. I found a posting offering doula services that Anastasia had posted. I was VERY pregnant when i found the post, only a few weeks out from birth. Anastasia made time for me immediately. I truly felt like a priority, i felt an immediate sense of relief. She worked with me, helped me, and reassured me instantly, it felt too good to be true. When it came time for me to be induced, she was beyond amazing. Looking back at my experience, i am not sure how i could have gotten through it without her. She went above and BEYOND for me and my husband and our new baby. Anastasia made me feel seen, comfortable, safe, and reassured. I would without a doubt recommend her in a heartbeat. It is so very apparent that she cares for those she helps. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a doula to look her way, she is amazing beyond a doubt. So very glad I met her!

Anastasia was just like having the perfect Mama Bear by my side. She was professional yet protective. I had met her that morning of giving birth as she was a replacement for my doula who was with another client. I truly couldn't have picked a better Doula. She truly put me first and I felt like she was reading my mind even with just getting to know  me. She made suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of myself and also made sure I knew that she would respect my choices. I had some concerns with family and she made sure that I didn't even have to think twice about them. She took charge without being bossy or insensitive and I appreciated that so much as it allowed me to be comforted as well as show my strength when I needed too. I felt totally comfortable being vulnerable around her and I felt taken care of exactly how I needed every step of the way whether that was by encouragement, gentle back rubs, holding my hand, and or repeating what I said so I was heard clearly. If you struggle with boundaries and you need someone to love you with a bunch of gentleness yet also by someone who makes you feel strong you can't go wrong having her by your side. I appreciate her more than words can ever say.

I really enjoyed the experience of childbirth with Anastasia. She was in touch throughout the pregnancy, helped with the questions that I had, and on the day when the birth began, she immediately went with me to the hospital. In the hospital, she spent all the time with me before the birth of the child, did massage, supported, fed, communicated with doctors. This is the best thing that could have happened at my first birth. She was also in touch after giving birth, and helped with any questions that arose again. Thanks to Anastasia??
