Clients per month: 1 births and 1 to 4 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: Serving postpartum families is an absolute joy for me. I delight in providing nourishing care. I am passionate about holding space, offering ceremony, relaxing in-home massages, and sharing the wisdom of honouring the first forty days (and beyond). Helping to take care of baby can be part of this, my priority is to be a useful support for the mother/baby dyad and help integration for the family after a major life transition. Providing healthy holistic meal prep is a true passion of mine, as well as lifestyle tips including suggested herbs, yoga, compassionate listening, and meditation.

I am passionate about offering culturally sensitive care and trauma informed approaches. I aim to serve families with my whole heart. I love evidence based resources and also see birth as a sacred rite of passage. I grew up in a South Asian family, and was born in the UK and raised in BC. I have lived internationally, worked in violence prevention and consent education, and have been self employed since 2018. I have been teaching yoga for 13 years, offering bodywork for 7 years and working as a doula for 3 years. Doula work is very close to my heart, especially supporting holistic wellness for mothers so they can feel balanced and resourced. I believe that the way we enter the world and how nurturing our environment is, has a direct impact on the rest of our lives. I believe in supporting new families to feel connected in community, receive support, and be rebirthed into a new chapter. I hope to inspire my clients to feel more peace, joy, and ease.
