I am a postpartum educator apprentice with the Childbearing Society and currently completing my 95-hour lactation training course. I work weekly at a lactation clinic and host free weekly virtual lactation support meetings. I’m also a certified life coach, supporting families as they navigate the transition into their new normal. As a parent to two young children, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I am additionally certified in basic fitness theory and personal training skills, with a growing focus on pre- and postpartum exercise. ?? I am a Lactation specialist and postpartum doula . With my help families feel more prepared for their new arrival. I support them through this new season of life. I offer in-person support where I can help with guiding parents on how to take care of their tiny human, guide them on sleep, emotional support and in-dept lactation support! I also offer Virtual doula/lactation support via video/phone and text to discuss any concerns, needs or struggles you may be experiencing.
