I am completing my postpartum educator apprenticeship with the Childbearing Society and volunteering with a local home for pregnant women. I am caring and nurturing two young kiddos of my own. Also, a certified life coach, offering guidance and support to help families navigate and take the wheel on the new normal. Certified in basic fitness theory and PT skills, pursuing education in pre and postpartum exercise.

Fee Details

I am a postpartum doula. With my help families feel more prepared for their new arrival. I support them through this new season of life. I offer in-person support where I can help with light housework tasks, guiding parents on how to take care of their tiny human, breastfeeding, sleep and emotional support and more! Virtual doula support via phone and text and weekly video chats to discuss any concerns, needs or struggles you may be experiencing postpartum.
