Hi there! My name is Stacy and I am the owner of Hold My Heart! After many years of soul searching, I created Hold My Heart in an effort to combine my passion for caretaking with my education and experience in business administration. I am trained as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, reproductive health counselor, and breastfeeding peer counselor through the Community Doulas of South Jersey, Uzazi Village, and CAPPA and I am an NJ FamilyCare provider.

Our packages include prenatal sessions, childbirth education, birth doula services, photography, and optional postpartum sessions. We are also happy to customize a package to meet your unique needs and fit within your budget! All of our packages include: A custom labor and birth class during one of your prenatal appointments for you and your support person/people; Ongoing support via text, email, and phone from the signing of the Service Agreement through six months postpartum; Phone calls to debrief after every doctor/midwife appointment; Customized care to meet your unique needs; Birth and postpartum planning; Photography and photo editing during labor and birth; A binder full of educational materials, resources, and worksheets; A “Hold My Heart” t-shirt.
