Hi there! My name is Stacy and I am the owner of Hold My Heart, a small doula business serving the Southern New Jersey region. After many years of soul searching, I created Hold My Heart in an effort to combine my passion for caretaking with my education and experience in business administration. I am trained as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, reproductive health counselor, and breastfeeding peer counselor through the Community Doulas of South Jersey and Uzazi Village and is in the process of enrolling as a provider through NJ FamilyCare.

Fee Details

Our prebuilt packages include monthly prenatal sessions, birth doula services, and generally one to four postpartum sessions. However, we are happy to customize a package to meet your unique needs and fit within your budget! All of our packages include: A custom labor and birth class during one of your prenatal appointments for you and your support person/people; Ongoing support via text, email, and phone from the signing of the Service Agreement through six months postpartum; Phone calls to debrief after every doctor/midwife appointment; Customized care to meet your unique needs; Birth and postpartum planning; Photography and photo editing during labor and birth, if desired; A binder full of educational materials, resources, and worksheets; A “Hold My Heart” t-shirt.
