Kaila was there through my first pregnancy and labor. Her Kindness and soft nature stood out to me, making me feel instantly comfortable and safe. Her knowledge and respect for how I wanted to labor built my confidence and made me feel In control of my experience. My labor was fast and intense, from evening into the night, and the whole time she was by my side giving her all! I could not have done what I did without her help, I’m very grateful to have found her. Thank you Kaila!

I can’t find the words to say how grateful I am to Kaila. She helped my husband and I achieve the birth experience we so hoped for and for that we will always be grateful. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kaila to any friend or family member or anyone looking for an organized, loving, kind, knowledgeable doula in Utah county :)

Kaila is an incredible doula! She made the birth I'd dreamed of a reality. As someone who has now given birth both with an epidural and without one, this experience was far better. Kaila helped me so much through this experience, her counter pressure and words of affirmation really pulled me through each contraction. She was extremely helpful leading up to birth and helping us prepare. She helped my husband know how he could help and play an active role as well. I'm so grateful we found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula! I couldn't have given birth unmedicated without her.

She helped me feel educated and prepared before birth, in a very neutral way, helping me to find my own choices and feelings about things. During the birth she was very helpful for me through labor, I feel she really got to know me before birth to know what I would need during birth. I had told her I typically respond good to words of affirmation and she used that knowledge to help me during labor which was super helpful and probably the biggest thing that helped me through it all! Will 100% be recommending her to anyone and everyone??

Kaila was my doula for my second baby. I orginally hired a doula because I had a really traumatic birth experience with my first child, so I was looking for someone to help me walk through my emotions and help me get the birth that I always wanted. Kaila was exactly what I needed! She helped me every step of the way, she respected and supported all of my decisions, and I knew that she was going to do everything she could to help me get the birth that I've always wanted. Kaila helped me feel empowered, comfortable, and confident during my labor and delivery. She was also a great support to my husband in helping him know how to support me during the process. I would highly recommend Kaila to anyone looking for an amazing doula.

I got to work with Kaila Fredrick for some birth classes before my second child. I didn't do anything with my first and he ended up being a C-section. I've been a lot more nervous with this pregnancy but I feel so much better after Kaila worked with me. Shes super responsive and understanding of any of my desires for birth, I never felt like she was pushing her own ideas on me. She was fun to work with and did a great job explaining things. Overall, I just feel so much calmer about everything. I don't really want anyone else at delivery except my husband but if I were to have a doula present it would be her. She's just so calming and steady. You can tell she is super passionate about what she is teaching and very knowledgeable!
