As a FTM, it was so nice to have Carli as a doula to help myself and my husband navigate the birth of our little girl. Carli was a pleasure to work with and was very supportive during my pregnancy and was there for me every step of the way, from when my water broke until my little on arrived. Her support and coaching was undeniably the reason why I had such an amazing birth. She helped coach my husband on how he can support me during contractions and she was a voice for me in the hospital. I was able to relax and focus on myself knowing Carli was there to help advocate for my needs. Having her check in with me postpartum was also very nice. It was very nice to have a familiar face check in to make sure I was doing ok, especially since we don't have any family around. She even went above and beyond and pumped for my little one when I was struggling with my milk supply. I'd definitely recommend Carli to help support you during one of life's most beautiful moments. She will only help make it that much more wonderful.

Carli was the greatest asset to my home birth. I wasn’t sure I wanted or needed a doula until I met her and I’m so glad we made the investment. From our first meeting, through the prenatal visits and eventually the birth, she was a calm, confident, excited presence. She was exceptional and hearing what I wanted (one million hip squeezes, please), anticipating what I needed, and advocating for me with my midwife. A few days after the birth my husband said that if we have another he wanted the same exact birth team there, and I so agree! I will be forever grateful for Carli and her all-in nurturing care as we brought my little one into the earth!

As soon as I became pregnant, I started looking for the best ways for support. After all this was my first pregnancy and I’ve heard from my sister how amazing her doula made her experience.
I found Carli, at meet and greet event for doulas. She was the first person I met with that day, and I instantly felt that Carli should be MY doula.
She was amazing!! She exudes confidence!!

I knew she’d be a great support for me during labor and delivery, I just never fully understood until it happened.

She spoke kindly, and empowering words towards me. When I felt scared or too tired to keep going she reminded me how far I’ve come and how close we were to meeting our little girl.
She really never left my side.
She was the ultimate support, constantly sending me positive energy and encouragement.
Reminding me that I can do this.

She comforted me, and guided my husband to feel confident in his role during labor and delivery.
from teaching him counter- pressure techniques when I was in early labor, to educating us on hospital procedures to prepare us for the ideal birth experience.

My favorite thing she said was “it’s temporary the feeling of discomfort is temporary, you’re so close to meeting your baby girl.”

She captured precious moments, and put together the absolute best birth video that my husband and I will cherish forevermore.

I’m so happy Carli was my doula throughout this entire experience, I can’t express enough how comforting and empowering having her by my side was, as I went through such a life changing experience.
