Ever since she got pregnant with her twin baby boys, Angela has been passionate about educating herself on pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum healing. When I finally got pregnant, I knew I wanted her assistance in the labor and delivery room. Throughout my pregnancy, Angela was always available for questions and support. When I got to those final weeks and the doctor was telling me my baby's position was what was preventing me from going into labor, Angela provided me with a new set of exercises (other than the Miles Circuit) that I contribute me going into spontaneous labor the next day. During my labor, she gave me massages and held my hand to help me through contractions. Angela was there to tell me it was about time to go to the hospital, was there when I was getting checked (I know nothing about hospitals ?? so she made me feel comfortable instead of an anxious wreck), and helped me go to the bathroom once I was all hooked up. I had a super positive labor and delivery experience due to having Angela there. Since then, she has been available for help as I have been struggling with breastfeeding.
