Scarlett was such a helpful part of my postpartum experience. She was easy to talk to and really relatable, which made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She handled my 3 month old with so much care, and it was clear she had a lot of experience with babies and kids in general. She was knowledgeable and gave thoughtful recommendations and resources that were extremely useful to me as a new mom. I truly appreciated her support, her energy, and just having someone I could trust around my baby. I’d definitely recommend her to any parent looking for a calm, kind, and supportive doula.

We had an incredible experience with Scarlett. She truly became apart of our family while taking care of our son. We even referred to her as our baby's "nighttime mommy". She was so in tune with what he and we needed and we are forever grateful for her incredible care and expertise. We miss her dearly and will certainly be reaching out when it's time for our next baby.

Scarlett is our hero. She swooped into our lives just when we needed her. As first time parents, we weren't well versed in understanding our baby's cues but Scarlett was!! in just two nights we knew our baby better and he was sleeping better. She's also stayed in touch with us and guided us. Thank you, Scarlett!

I highly recommend Scarlett as an exceptional nanny. Scarlett served as our night nanny over the past two months, and she quickly became a invaluable part of our family, providing us with peace of mind and support with our newborn son during the night hours, from the day we brought our son home from the hospital after a difficult and painful delivery. It is worth mentioning that we came home on Mother’s Day, and Scarlett, a mother herself, was there to support us that night.
Scarlett has a warm and calm demeanor, with a natural ability to create a serene and comforting environment for our child and us as new parents. Her gentle and supportive approach were particularly reassuring in the early weeks as we adjusted to the demands of parenthood.
Scarlett has an extraordinary level of experience in childcare. Her understanding of infant needs, sleep training, lactation support and developmental milestones has been evident from the beginning. She consistently applied this knowledge while our son was under her care. She often went above and beyond without asking, and it truly felt like she was there to support us through this journey in whatever we needed, versus being there to do a job as others may do. For example, when she observed my challenges with lactation, without being asked, she created a nursing/pumping schedule for me to support me. She struck the perfect balance of offering advice but not in a pushy way, answering numerous questions and sharing her experiences, and offering encouragement when we needed it the most. She was always punctual, flexible and had great communication with us.

Scarlett helped us with our baby girl soon after we came home from the hospital for the first month. Scarlett was so sweet with her and helped us get her on a great schedule. She also gave me great peace of mind every time I handed her to Scarlett so I could get some much needed rest. I would highly recommend Scarlett!

Scarlett was my first experience working with any kind of newborn care specialist/night nurse/doula. When I found out I was pregnant with my second, I knew I'd need support at night in order to be able to be the best mom to both of my kids. I was admittedly really nervous about handing over my tiny newborn daughter when she was only a few days old to someone overnight, but Scarlett immediately put me at ease. Scarlett is dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about you and your child. Scarlett helped me figure out some root issues of my daughter's gassiness and recommended a formula type that allowed my daughter to be more comfortable and less fussy. Scarlett listens to questions or concerns and works with you as a teammate to solve problems. After using Scarlett as a night nurse for ~3 months, I was lucky enough to continue to work with her to provide care for my daughter during the day to allow me some time to do other chores, exercise, shower, etc. Scarlett had ideas about entertaining my 3 month old, an area I always struggle with, and also provided an extension of "parenting" my daughter in that she was a very trusted partner. I can't recommend Scarlett enough for anyone seeking support with their newborn.
