I am on the Board of Directors for Postpartum Support International Missouri (PSIMO) as the Liaison. I am also trained in perinatal mental health through PSI.

Fee Details

Services includes 2 in-person (or virtual) meetings during pregnancy. We create space for me to educate and for us to discuss your birth plan, comfort measures and support discuss the physiological and psychological birth process, preferences, and concerns. It’s a chance for me to learn how to best serve you during your birth. I go on-call at 38 weeks. During labor, I am present and available for emotional and physical comfort measures as discussed during prenatals. Immediately post-birth I am present for 1-2 hours as needed. I offer 1 follow-up visit to help process and honor your experience, as well as connect you with any community resources.
