Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 0 to 4 births and 0 to 4 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I do light housework, but not deep cleaning. No mopping, cleaning toilets, or folding adult underwear. I cannot care for animals just in case something unfortunate happens. I cannot drive my clients car, nor am I permitted to drive my client or any member of their family.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I am OR certified at TGH so I am permitted to be with mom in the OR during a c-section. Refer to birth center services

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I provide physical and mental comfort. Soothing music/noises with a speaker, massage (I am not a certified massage therapist but have been told I give great massages :), I have a rebozo to help relieve pain, hip squeezes and other pain-relieving techniques, essential oils, birth ball, lip balm, and uplifting words. I am lactation education certified so I can help with breastfeeding education.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
Everything said in regards to birth centers. I will not attend a planned unassisted birth (this means without a medical caregiver)

Prenatal, birth and postpartum package (12 hrs of postpartum care)- $1,375 Prenatal and birth only package- $1,125 Postpartum package only- $35 an hr day shift, $45 an hr during the night
