From the time our baby was just 2 weeks old, Raissa was an absolute lifesaver. She was eager to help and easy to reach. I was initially anxious about having a stranger in our home and alone with our baby but she quickly put us at ease. Her calm presence and gentle care exceeded our expectations in every way. We were finally able to rest knowing our baby was in safe hands. I cannot recommend Raissa highly enough.

We had the absolute privilege of having Raissa support our family and care for our first child during the immediate postpartum period. From the very first interview, I knew she would bring warmth, kindness, and a loving, calming energy into our home—and she exceeded every expectation.

Raissa spent six invaluable weeks with our daughter, guiding us through everything from the early anxieties about weight gain to celebrating milestones as she began to thrive. She shared practical tips and gentle techniques for breastfeeding, helped us create a wonderful nighttime routine that helped our daughter sleep soundly, and provided comfort and expert care during challenging nights with gas or reflux.

Her presence gave us the most precious gift new parents can receive—rest. Being able to sleep, even during those intense first weeks, allowed us to give our baby the very best of ourselves each day. Raissa was unfailingly reliable, attentive, and communicative, earning our complete trust from the very first night.

Having Raissa’s help was truly essential to our success as new parents, and because of the incredible experience we had, we have already invited her back to help guide our baby through the next stage—sleep training. We could not recommend her more highly.

My family adores Raissa and are incredibly grateful she was our night doula since we brought our baby home! She is warm, patient, knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with. As first time parents it was a huge relief knowing our baby girl was in such capable and loving hands (like having an extra grandma!). She helped with breastfeeding techniques while we were triple feeding in the first week and started gentle sleep training (a big priority for us) early on. She got our baby to sleep through the night at only 6 weeks! We used Carrot through my work and had no issues with Raissa's paperwork. We would recommend her 1000 times over and have already recommended her to our family and friends. If we have another baby we wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!

Hiring Raissa was the best decision I ever made for my daughter and myself. She is incredibly nurturing and experienced, bringing a sense of calm, support, and reassurance during such a vulnerable time. Not only did she care for my baby with so much love, but she also went above and beyond—doing my baby’s laundry, cleaning bottles, and always checking in on me to see how I was doing. As a first-time mom, that meant the world to me. She also taught my husband and I so much, giving us the confidence we needed as new parents. On top of all that, she got my baby on a great feeding and sleeping schedule, which made a world of difference for our whole family. I am forever grateful for her kindness, patience, and expertise. If I could, I would hire her a million times over! If you’re considering a postpartum doula, don’t hesitate—Raissa is absolutely amazing!
