Fee Details

Partnership Health Plan covers prenatal birth and postpartum at no cost. I am a provider for Medi-Cal and Partnership clients. No referral needed. Out of Network Provider for Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, TriCare, In-Network with HealthNet and in progress with Kaiser Northern, CIGNA, and TriCare. Private pay is customized for individuals needs.
