Working with Abby from Sacred Seasons Doula was an incredible experience, and I’m so grateful for her support throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

She was always kind, responsive, and reliable — answering my texts, emails, and calls promptly, and always making me feel heard and supported. From the very beginning, she offered so much wisdom and guidance, educating us on labor and everything related to preparing for a natural home birth. She answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, always offering helpful solutions and encouragement.

Abby was flexible with scheduling our visits and made sure we felt cared for at every step. She even had a backup doula available (though we didn’t need one) — it showed how committed she was to making sure we were fully supported no matter what.

During labor, she came quickly and was a calm, compassionate presence. She helped me with comfort measures, physical support, and emotional reassurance — holding my hand, helping with position changes, encouraging me to eat and stay hydrated, assisting with a bath, and even helping with clean-up afterward. I truly trusted her, and that trust made a huge difference in how I experienced my birth.

It’s clear she does this work out of deep love and care. I wholeheartedly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a doula. She was a champion of my birth and a blessing to our family.
