Dinora is the best! She helped me through labor with my second baby, and I owe it to her for helping me get through it without an epidural. I wish I had her for my first birth experience, but I now plan on having her for all future births!! She coached me through breath work during labor, and helped me not get in a spiral during labor. She gave me a back massage when I was in the birthing tub, reminded me to drink water, set the mood by adding candles around the tub and coached me through pushing as well. The list goes on and on of all the things she did for me. My nurse also made a comment about how impressed she was that she did breath work with me and said it sounded like we were a team. I truly believe I couldnt have done it without her and would have ended up gettin the epidural if she was not there. She helped me get to my goal of going natural and I will forever be grateful to her!

From the moment we contacted Dinora, we knew we wanted her to be a part of our birthing experience. Her level of professionalism and experience was soothing as first time parents. Our meetings pre and post birth were insightful and gave us a chance to get through the details but also build a trusting bond.  Dinora's presence and guidance at the birth of our daughter was a calming figure among the furry of the delivery room. She not only took care of me as a doula but also thought of little details that helped tremendously. We are so grateful for what Dinora provided during this experience.

I am immensely grateful for the incredible support provided by my birth doula during labor and delivery. Her presence was a source of unwavering strength and comfort throughout the entire process. From the moment I went into labor, she was by my side, offering calm reassurance and expert guidance. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable, helping me to navigate each stage with confidence.

She provided not only physical support but also emotional encouragement, understanding my needs intuitively and responding with care. Her techniques for pain management were effective, and her constant, soothing presence made a significant difference in my ability to cope. She communicated clearly with the medical staff, ensuring my birth plan was respected and advocating for my preferences.

In the most challenging moments, her calming voice and reassuring touch helped me stay focused and positive. I cannot imagine going through labor and delivery without her. My birth experience was profoundly enhanced by her dedication, compassion, and expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate birth doula.

Dinora was my birth doula for the delivery of my first child and was very helpful the entire time. She was especially helpful in getting me to breath and stay calm during contractions, gave me massages to ease them and also talked with us about non-birth related topics to keep my mind off the pain. She made sure I stayed hydrated and drank water after every contraction which really helped lots. I was super comfortable with her and there was nothing but good energy with her around. I didn't have a doula prior to going into labor and she was called in last minute to come help, so I'm extremely grateful for that. I definitely would want her to be my birth doula again in the future.
