Doula Training

• Self-trained, February 2020

Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 1 to 2

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I am not currently offering overnights due to having a two month old baby at home.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

I completed midwifery school in February 2020. During my training, I attended over 100 births as well as hundreds of prenatal and postpartum visits. I also worked for the Community Doula Birth Program in 2020 which is a local organization that provides doulas to low-income families. In 2022, I switched to just doing postpartum work and worked for Amazing Births & Beyond in Miami, FL. I am currently completing my masters in social work at the University of Southern Maine.

Fee Details

I charge $35/hr for all services. I am open to payment plans.
