Soy mamá primeriza y los servicios de Graciela me ayudaron muchísimo con el parto de mi bebé. Graciela fue muy atenta con todo lo que tuvo que ver con el proceso de labor y delivery. Desde que llegó al hospital ella no me dejó sola siempre estuvo ahí para hablar por mi cuando yo no podía. Ella se aseguró de que todo iba a como debía de ser. Sus conocimientos sobre las técnicas de cómo sobrepasar el dolor fueron grandemente importantes y cruciales para que yo tuviera un parto rápido y lo más cómodo posible. Siempre estaré agradecida de haber podido tener a una doula como Graciela acompañándome durante unos de los momentos más duros de mi vida, GRACIAS GRACIELA!

Es mi segundo parto pero la primera vez que tengo doula y la verdad me ayudó vastante incluso antes de su llegada yo estaba pensando en volver a usar la inyección porque sentía que ya era muy fuerte el dolor pero ella llegó y me ayudó bastante y gracias a eso mi parto fue bastante rápido 

Estubo conmigo en todo momento ayudando y explicándome todo incliso se notaba la preocupación que ella sentía al verme mal es una persona muy amable y sabe hacer muy bien su trabajo sin duda yo la recomendaría, y más a mamas primerizas por qué a veces el primer parto se te haceas difícil pero con su ayuda yo se que sería mucho más fácil

Hola mi nombre es Albina y quiero comentar mi experiencia con la doula Gabriela ,, Gabriela es una persona muy profesional siempre está de la mano conmigo dándome ensenansa para cuando se llegara mi parto , me habló sobre ejercicios para poder tener a mi bebé con más facilidad sobre cómo respirar de una forma correcta , me ayudo a saber más sobre la lactancia ,, y me educo en muchas cosas con mi bebé que aún mejorado mi día a día con la llegada de mi bebé ,,, en el hospital fue una persona tan humana que siempre estuvo para mí ayudándome en todo en mi proceso en la cesárea que tuve , estuvo ayudando con mi bebé y como darle pecho como agarrarlo correctamente , para mí fue una gran bendición a verla tenido a mi lado cuando di a luz a mi bebé ella es una excelente persona siempre atenta en todo , mi experiencia con ella fue de lo más agradable y fue una gran bendición en la vida mi y de mi familia

I had the best and amazing experience working with Graciela. She knew what she was doing & helped me have a very smooth and safe delivery. Without her I don't think the outcome would have been what it was. She connected with me and even though I could not talk or think much during labor & delivery, I felt that all my needs were met. My character & personality are strong but she made me feel secure and protected working under her wings with her great expertise.

It was my first Labor to have Graciela with me. It was a great support because I have family members, but they never told me what to do. Graciela told me what exercise to do before and during my labor. She was very kind; she told me what to do, and I also needed to cooperate with her; it was only her job to tell me what to do. On the other hand, I was the only one who decided what to tell the doctors about medicines for pain and things like that. Something constructive is that she gave me a massage, which managed the pain. She supported my breathing, how to breathe, counting, and what positions I had during my labor. I gave Graciela the honor of cutting my baby's umbilical cord for the great job she did with me. She stayed with me almost the whole time because she had a meeting at work. I went in at noon on Thursday afternoon. She finished on Saturday and stayed with me on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for three days until I had my baby. Most of the nurses and the hospital knew Graciela, and they said to her, "You are a great doula," "You are doing a great job, Graciela." Graciela's work refers to those words.

When I found out I was expecting my second child, I knew that having the proper support during my postpartum period was crucial. I wanted a more nurturing and supportive approach and started the search for a postpartum doula. I found Graciela through Doulas by the Bay. She was not only experienced but also bilingual and bicultural. I sensed that she was exactly what I needed from the moment we met. Graciela radiated warmth and understanding. At our first meeting, she took the time to listen to my concerns. Her patience was evident as she patiently answered all my questions, making me feel more relaxed about the journey ahead. As our doula, she shared her vast knowledge and was always ready with resources and tips for our newborn and our other child. Her nurturing demeanor made me feel safe and cared for, a crucial factor during such an important time. She created an environment that was supportive and empowering for our family. I cannot recommend her enough. Graciela’s knowledge, nurturing spirit, and unwavering kindness made all the difference.

She explains things to clients in detail process of the pregnancy. She is the emotional support guiding the moms to be and their respective partners during labor. She also educates on the importance of the breath during pregnancy as well as gives clients exercises to start doing at home. She genuinely cares about building relationships that ultimately help strengthen the bonds attachment to baby. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional support Graciela provided during my postpartum recovery. From the moment she arrived, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that was invaluable during such a transitional time.

Graciela offered a perfect blend of practical and emotional support. She assisted with infant care, including breastfeeding, burping, gas relief, motor development exercises, bathing, nail clipping and etc. She also took care of me, offering soothing massages for my swollen feet and legs, addressing my neck and back pain from breastfeeding, and providing thoughtful dietary recommendations. Her help with household tasks was a tremendous relief as well.

What truly stood out was Graciela's emotional guidance. She listened to my concerns, provided helpful resources, and empowered me to trust my instincts as a new parent. Plus, she got along wonderfully with our family dog, who was always excited to see her!
