1 Virtual Prenatal (to meet and go over health and pregnancy details) -1 Prenatal( We will create your dream birth plan, we will go over breathing techniques and exercises that will help throughout pregnancy and during labor, any evidence based birth info desired) Labor & Delivery ( from active labor until after birth, to help in breastfeeding and anything needed) -1 postpartum (first week after birth if possible) -Available 24/7 starting @37 weeks *-We will stay connected throughout pregnancy to stay up to date with any important info, to better help along the way. * Photography available for maternity, labor & birth, newborn, lifestyles(Packages available)
