I am a trained, certified, experienced Doula and recently completed a 6-month intensive Sacred Birth Worker Mentorship with an extraordinary Midwife with the intention of deepening my skills, wisdom, and knowledge to further serve women in the birth portal. I am also a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, herbalist, yoga teacher, and my soul resonates deeply with birth and postpartum work. I offer ongoing holistic support throughout your entire pregnancy, birth, & postpartum & bring a calm, grounded presence to births along with acupressure, essential oils, herbs and much more. This is also part of my postpartum home visits to ensure you feel well-nourished throughout this entire sacred journey.
