I am a birth and postpartum doula, doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, herbalist, yoga teacher, and my soul resonates so deeply with birth and postpartum work. I offer ongoing holistic support throughout your entire pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and bring a calm, grounded presence to births along with acupressure, essential oils, and herbs. If anything arises during pregnancy such as nausea, heartburn, anxiety, etc. I am here to offer holistic care with herbs, food/lifestyle shifts, and acupressure/acupuncture. This is also part of my postpartum home visits to ensure you feel well-nourished throughout this entire sacred journey. Acupressure during labour is helpful for pain relief, shortening the duration of labour, facilitating smoother, more efficient contractions, reducing fear, anxiety, and the incidence of c-section, minimizing interventions including the need for pain medications.
