Lauren was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, kind and caring. She was always thinking ahead trying to anticipate my needs and the needs of my support people around me. She knew when to step back and when to step in. She handled the hospital staff with grace but wasn’t afraid to alert me of concerns or instances where I was not being heard. I couldn’t recommend her enough no matter what number of birth this maybe for you.
She also supported us so well postpartum. Her knowledge of tools and resources is incredible. I am now walking into postpartum so much more confident with the way in which she has educated us. She goes above and beyond which is what you need in a doula
