The doula support package includes: 1–2 prenatal meetings to discuss your birth preferences and prepare for labor, unlimited text and email support for non-medical questions throughout pregnancy, on-call availability for your birth, and continuous, labor support from start to finish. After birth, you’ll receive postpartum care and 1–2 follow-up visits to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood. In addition to my doula training, I bring over 12 years of childcare experience, offering personalized guidance through the newborn stage. I can help you create a thoughtful baby registry, recommend trusted, practical products, and share evidence-based tips to support healthy sleep, feeding, and daily routines for your baby.

Kayla is fantastic!
This was our first baby, and we did this as a homebirth through Gentle Birth Care. Kayla was very easy to get a hold of, and checked in with us throughout the pregnancy all the way through postpartum. She was very helpful answering questions over text and pointing us towards great resources and products that were a huge help late in the pregnancy, during labor, and postpartum.
She was professional and knowledgable in all our interactions, but was also very personable. With this being our first baby, we didn't know exactly what to expect during labor, but she managed to keep things calm and was a reassuring presence to both me and my husband. She was very practical and level-headed with her suggestions without being pushy or intrusive. She helped me find the best positions for managing labor that worked for me, and also utilized the shower/bath at key points during labor. Also had a "bag of tricks" that came in handy during the labor. Most importantly to us, she respected all of the decisions on our birth plan and worked with us with that goal in mind. My husband and I are extremely happy with how everything went with this birth, and Kayla was a huge part of that.
Strongly recommend Kayla for anyone looking for a doula!
