Truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Kim and our experience with her as our doula. I reached out to Kim right before 37 weeks because I had been undecided about whether we would benefit from a doula as my husband had been such great support throughout pregnancy. We are SO thankful that we decided to work with Kim! She cared so well for me throughout pregnancy and was so helpful as we had to shift gears a little bit for our birth plan. I wanted to go into labor on my own, but ended up needing to be induced at 42 weeks. Kim gave me confidence that I could still have the unmedicated labor that I wanted with an induction, and she and my husband made such a wonderful, supportive team throughout labor and delivery. I don’t think I could have done it without them! Ultimately, we had an amazing unmedicated birth experience at a hospital, and so much of that is thanks to Kim! Not only is she an incredible doula, but she also cares so personally before, during, and after birth. Can’t recommend her enough!

I don't know what we would have done without Kim's guidance, support, and assurance. She is a rock star! Thanks to her, I felt equipped and supported to engage meaningfully throughout pregenancy and the birthing process and care for my wife. As I sought to care for my wife, Kim instilled confidence with both her patience and knowledge as a co-partner to help me be the best husband possible. She helped me know where I could step in to provide the most support - physically, mentally, and emotionally - and she was invaluable in her communication and collaboration with our nursing staff during labor and delivery.

If you are looking for a doula that will offer faithful support and reassurance through every step of labor, I can't recommend Kim enough from the perspective of a spouse. Despite both the expected and unexpected challenges with the birthing process, we had an amazing experience that drew us closer to eachother and our baby thanks to Kim's inentionality and care.

Kim was truly made for this work! Her calming presence and genuine care for others makes her an incredible choice for doula support. My birth did not go as planned and Kim was my constant from beginning to end (which was very very long!!). I planned a home birth but ended up needing hospital support and Kim was there by my side the entire time. Not only was she amazing during the birth (offering words of encouragement, guidance, hands on relief, etc) but also supportive for several weeks after! I can't thank her enough. My husband and I are both so grateful for her. Highly recommend Kim!!

After a really difficult first birth, I decided to hire a doula for my second pregnancy. Kim was recommended by my Pelvic PT, and I knew from our first meeting that I wanted her by my side for my second delivery. Kim not only listened to my story, desires, and fears, but she also followed-up in ways that communicated that she actually cared, understood, and was committed to working with me to have the experience I hoped for. Her steady, calm, and confident presence allowed me to relax into the birth experience, as well as helped my husband have peace and be a better support. During labor she always had just the thing I needed, whether it was emotional support or hands-on comfort techniques. It was a beautiful and peaceful birth experience (even a nurse said so!), and I don’t think that would have been the case without Kim. She far exceeded my expectations for a doula, and I wish I had been able to have her support during the birth of my first child. I highly recommend her!

YouTube videos will only get you so far. My husband and I were very grateful to have someone as kind and knowledgeable as Kim to guide us through the preparation for the birth of our first child. She not only provided information and resources, but was helpful with hands-on instruction. I think the most helpful part was discussion and answering our questions. She was never pushy but helped us make good decisions in preparation for the birth. It was great to know we had someone present for labor and birth who not only knew what she was doing but knew us and what we wanted. I didn't know exactly what I was getting when we hired her, but she went above and beyond my expectations for what a Doula will do for you.
