I believe birth is not something that just "happens" to you, it is a powerful, sacred rite of passage - it is not only the birth of a child, but the birth of a mother. I am a DONA-certified doula with a vast network of local professionals, but I’m also a mother who has navigated my own complicated birth, I understand the fear of losing control. With me as your doula, you are supported and empowered every step of the way. You can welcome your baby with confidence and motherhood with peace.

We hired Zoe as a sibling doula for our eldest at the homebirth of our third, and working with her was wonderful. She was attentive, helpful, and contentious while collaborating on a plan for supporting our daughter during the birth, making sure we were on the same page for every detail, from what vocabulary our daughter was familiar with to best ways to help her recenter if needed. We felt very much at ease as we approached labor, knowing that our daughter would be so lovingly supported.
When labor did begin, Zoe was the first team member to arrive, quietly and seamlessly joining our family. As labor ended up starting in the evening, she helped get our daughters ready for bed and then took on more of a traditional doula role for the next few hours. She was an incredibly peaceful and loving presence in my birth space. We woke our eldest up for the actual birth, and Zoe did a wonderful job of talking a sleepy and disoriented 4yo through what was happening, and then gently encouraging her to snuggle me and meet her new brother once I was ready.
I can't imagine anyone I would have rather trusted with supporting our whole family through my birth. We love you, Zoe!

Choosing Zoe as my doula was one of the best decisions I could've made for me, my husband, and my child! Zoe was so gentle, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the prenatal period, the birth, and the postpartum period. She really tuned into and met my needs at every step. During early and active labor, she came in with tools and ideas to both help support the natural birthing process as well as move it along as much as possible. I never felt any kind of pressure to put on airs around her, which is exactly the type of person that I needed by my side while I labored. With her help, I was able to keep with my birth plan and give birth to my beautiful baby boy in our home. I 100% recommend her services.

Zoe was an invaluable asset to the birth of my 3rd child! I had never utilized a doula with my previous children, but I truly wish I had been able to use Zoe for my first two births. Zoe helped me feel so supported and safe during my hopsital birth. She was consistent with checking in with me after appointments and leading up to labor and delivery. She gave us tools and advice on how to handle the labor and delivery. She continued to check on me even after delivery, which helped so much with that postpartum loneliness that sometimes sneaks in. We are eternally grateful for Zoe - my birth experience was so positive, and I partly attribute that to having Zoe on our birth team (and my husband agrees!)
