Nicole is such an amazing. When I couldn't find a doubla she showed up just in time.I had a few encounters with other doubla and it wasn't the best. When I found her it was an eye opening. She gave me such a comfort and confidence that i need to help me get through my pregnancy. She came over and gave me and my partner tips on how to help through the contractions. I honestly see her as much inspiration and some advocate for me. She knew exactly what me and partner wanted and follow through on every detail. I would ask for anyone to have help to believe I could do this after 13 years of not having a child. She went through every step with me what I needed, liked and didn't like. Keep up the great work Nicole. I would recommend over and over again. Keep being blueprint for others to see.

Honestly my experience with Nicole was amazing. She was so extremely helpful on educating me with things pertaining to my pregnancy and delivery. She made me feel confident going into my delivery she really went above and beyond to provide me with the necessary tools to have a wonderful birthing experience. I can't say enough good things about her. Nicole was patient with me, she comforted me, and really provided a safe space for me and I'm forever greatful and thankful to have had her as my Doula.

This was my first baby, and to say I was nervous about childbirth is an understatement. Nicole calmed my fears with her knowledge, experience (she’s a mom), and energy. Her plan was thorough and thoughtful so that I was prepared for everything. My birth didn’t go as planned but I felt like Nicole was still with me every step of the way. She visited after birth too. I highly recommend her! Especially for new mums :-)

During my second pregnancy with my daughter, I needed to have a doula who understood what I was going through since I was having a pelvic issue due to my first pregnancy. Nicole was the best! She was so caring and very informed from the moment we meet all the way until I gave birth. She helped me remember to stay center, and I would recommend Nicole anyone who is looking a kind and well knowledge doula. I am so happy that I was able to meet Nicole. Thank you so much for everything!

OMG! I can't say enough good things about my experience with MY Doula Nicole. She was extremely supportive before, during and after my delivery. In the meetings before my delivery she gave me an idea of what to expect on the day of, and made herself available whenever I had a question. She was my doula/counselor. During labor she was there from the beginning to the very end providing me with counter pressure massages, delicious smoothies and encouraging words. After my delivery she even helped me with breastfeeding and adjusting to being a new mom.
I almost did not hire a doula because I wasn't sure that I needed one but now I don't know how I would have done it without her. My mom was so impressed with my doula and her services that my mom decided to become a doula herself as she was extremely inspired.
Even though my mom is now a certified doula, I will still be hiring Nicole when I have my next child. I highly recommend Nicole for any woman looking for someone to support them through the birthing process; she is easy to talk to and she cares!

Nicole was so attentive and present throughout my entire pregnancy and labor. During our prenatal visits she really was very flexible, accommodating and understood my needs. She provided useful information and references and spoke honestly about her personal experiences whike remaining unbiased. My labor lasted longer than anticipated and a Nicole was by my side the entire time, she even spent the night which was more than I expected. She was incredibly supportive and remained even tempered throughout the entire process. I really enjoyed her breathing technique and exercise recommendations. I would recommend Nicole in a heartbeat. She’s very knowledgeable and considerate of mothers needs.
Thank you so much for being my rock and guiding me through the most monumental experience of my life.

I was fortunate to have Nicole as my doula for my first pregnancy. She was truly phenomenal. From meeting with me to walk me through the birthing experience to answering my random, first-time mom, questions, Nicole was always insightful and supportive. She never made me feel ridiculous in raising a concern. She often clarified things I may have heard from my doctor or from other sources (e.g. articles or other moms). During the actual birth, Nicole was a calming presence in the room when my perfect birthing plan required in the moment changes. Even during the labor, she continued to educate me and let me know my options. I was so grateful to have her there with us through that process. Postpartum has been more of the same. Nicole responded to random text questions I may have had and put me in contact with several resources I need in the early stages of motherhood. Nicole always made me feel like I could do this "mommy thing" and I will always be grateful for that. She was truly the perfect coach, one who I would use again in a heartbeat!

From the first conversation we had with Nicole, my husband and I were impressed with her authenticity, calm and assured demeanor. It was a no brainer for us to bring her on as our doula. It was important for me to have a doula who did, in fact, feel like family and her aptly named company “sésé” did not disappoint.
Although I wanted to have a natural birth with my midwife and Nicole as my team, fate had me in a two day induction with off the charts contractions - most of which was unmedicated. I would’t have made it without Nicole and her direction to my husband. Nicole is a rock - she’s reliable, she always knows what to say, she’s present and she hangs in there when the going gets tough. Nicole was by my side for at least 24 hours straight, she was there as I got the news that I had to have an emergency c-section and she was there when they wheeled me into the recovery room.
As traumatic as that whole experience could have been, I feel like Nicole always checked in and made sure I felt like I had a voice in the midst of it all. Since the birth, she has also been super helpful in helping me process my many, many feelings and she has even done some laundry folding and dishes. The only downside is that this whole process is over and we don’t get to hang anymore but my husband and I will keep in touch with her - she’s inner circle now!

As my son's first birthday approaches, I, like many mamas, have become nostalgic about this incredible year that has gone by. I look down at my sleeping child and reflect on how I've literally watched him grow in my arms, from the moment he was placed there at birth. I went to search for that photo of that breathtaking moment, captured by Nicole, and a flood of emotions ran through me.
I knew the moment I read her web page that I wanted her to be my doula for my home birth. We chatted over the phone a few weeks before labor and met with my whole birth team. She brought an ethereal energy into the space, her voice confidently calm and her words bearing womanly wisdom. We connected before birth and that trust sustained me through 37hrs of labor.
The day I went into labor she was the first to arrive. I remember playing Alicia Keys while she guided me through movements to manage early labor. Her smile always served as reassurance that this entire process was intuitive. We moved from a series motions, positions, whatever she saw fitting to help me manage the contractions. Her coping toolbox seemed endless: oils, massages, wraps, words...
In the final hours of labor, although I was inconceivably exhausted, Nicole was present in all sense of the word; she kept me grounded and focused through affirmations I had written for that very moment. "You are safe. Your baby is safe."
And it was in the safety of that environment--after a day and half of back labor-- that I closed my eyes and knew that the well wasn't empty. See, throughout this entire labor, I thought the well kept running dry. But there was always one more drop that Nicole reminded me of. In the end, though it was I who carried the flag, Nicole carried the torch. Even with my eyes closed her voice was the light, guiding me to that one final push.
Thank you Nicole for being an incredible doula and champion for a dignified birthing experience.

I am a medical student, future anesthesiologist, and I can honestly say that it kind of colored my experience about having a doula at my wifes birth. Now, I am humbly say that I was wrong and that I am eternally grateful for Nicole's presence in our lives during the birthing process. She was just so genuine and willing to meet me where I was at. She never pushed me into being more active or passive, but let me come around to the birthing plan that my wife choose.
After seeing so many births I thought I was ready for the birth of our child. I was not, especially the moment, little Margaret was born. She stayed by my wife's side while I was completely focused on our little one who came into this world with a bit of fluid in her lungs. Nicole grounded us through those terrifying moments. How can you thank someone enough for being your emotional and mental support through one of life's more challenging moments.
Outside of the labor, Nicole has been what I'd call a famalial professional. She felt like the mom/sister that would help you through birth but was still in touch with the fact that this was her work. This delicate balance was key to changing my mind about having a doula. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know and most importantly, I know that I would want her as our doula again, if and when we have a next. Thank you so much, you have changed me for the better, and my simple words can no do justice to my memory of you.

Nicole was my doula for the birth of my second baby. She is an inspiring doula who is committed to serve pregnant women. When I spoke to her on the phone the first time, she put me at peace instantly. What I love about Nicole is her calm, generous, and well-organized personality. Nicole was a text away when I had a question before, during, and after our birth. She made sure that our plans and needs were the priority and also gave suggestions at the prenatal visits. I was in touch with Nicole during the early labor which was valuable because she helped me relax mentally and physically. As soon as my active labor started, I sensed I had to go to the hospital and told Nicole to meet there. Everything happened fast and I was ready to deliver my baby upon arrival at the hospital. I was in fear of not having Nicole by my side when the nurses told me to push. Few minutes later, I saw Nicole walked in quietly. She verbally guided in a calm but firm soft voice which helped me maintain a sense of control, comfort, and confidence. My little son was born healthy and beautifully! Nicole stayed along side of me and continued to support my plans for post-birth procedure. Lastly, I couldn't be happier with her postpartum visit. I requested Nicole to visit us 6 weeks after the delivery because of our life situation and she kindly accepted. Nicole played with my 4 years old son, helped clean up the room, and let me run some errands. My son liked her very much. Nicole's presence nurtured me throughout my pregnancy and post-natal journey. I am happy I found her.

Wow! I am a first time mother, and before this I had never known what a Doula was. I met Nicole by chance and I am so happy I did so. Not only was she the most support I've had, but she was also filled with so much knowledge and information about my birth and being a new mom. I mentioned to her that my birth would not have been the same without her, and I still stand by that statement. Having her in the room was like having a second mom. Her expertise and comfort was all I needed; working hands on with my mom on site. Not only do I recommend a Doula for first time moms; I recommend Nicole. She's a mom herself so having that type of support is what one doesn't realize they need not want. if ever I become lucky enough to have another baby, I'll remember all that Nicole taught, if not having there again! Thank you so much.

My experience was wonderful going through my first pregnancy. I was provided with all around support. Nichols visited me at home as well as was on call when I needed to talk or had questions. I was providers with various information peetaining to my diet due to complications and was very insightful about labor and delivery process. Nicole was professional but also provided emotional support allowing me to feel comfortable throughout the experience.

There are not enough words to describe the gratitude and appreciation that I have for Nicole.
At the time of my daughter's pregnancy I lived in Chicago and my daughter was living in New York. As a first time grandmother I was very relieved that my daughter was under the care of a Doula. Especially, after hearing about Nicole and then meeting her; I felt like my daughter was in very good hands.
Nicole stuck by us every step of the way, after many hours of labor and then ultimately a c-section. Even after I had to leave New York to come back home, I was able to call Nicole with concerns about my daughter. My daughter, as a new mother, was exhausted and Nicole was kind enough to go to my daughter's home to check up on her and the baby. I am eternally grateful for Nicole's kindness and compassion.
Nicole's warm personality, kindness, compassionate spirit and wealth of knowledge gave me a great sense of comfort from miles away.

Nicole was nothing short of A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She was very professional and thorough throughout my entire experience. The warm and loving vibe was such a bonus. She is someone I really connected with both spiritually and professionally. All the tips and advice I took from her made me feel more in control of my pregnancy, since I am a first time mother. She made me feel so relaxed, even during child birth, her calming voice and dedication was just what I needed at the time. I will definitely be reaching out again to her for my next pregnancy experience.

Nicole was great, she was always on time and willing to help. My son Jenesis only lached on while she was here and I enjoyed that time I had to breastfeed him. I would recommend her to anyone that I know is pregnant or just had a baby.
