I knew from the moment I met Chris that she would be such a strong advocate and nurturing presence for me during labor.

Chris proved to be an incredible coach in the weeks leading up to birth. When my due date arrived, and the inevitable anxiety of "when is this baby coming?" crept in, she was always a text or phone call away. I consulted with Chris on multiple occasions and walked away feeling lighter emotionally and more educated and empowered to navigate conversations with my provider about my care. Without her as a sounding board, my 3rd trimester would have been more difficult emotionally and mentally.

When my water broke, Chris guided me on next steps.

When the medical team was pushing to increase pitocin, we conference called Chris and included her in the conversation to make the right decision for me.

Once in active labor, Chris arrived just when we needed her most. My husband was encouraged to lay down and rest, while Chris took over helping me get into different positions as labor intensified. She had the perfect menu of options. When I felt discouraged ("Can I do this?"), she gave me positive affirmations that allowed me to refocus.

I have past medical trauma, and so creating a calming environment with low intervention was really important to me. Even with an induction, which was not part of my birth path, Chris helped me maintain focus and control so that I could give birth without an epidural. It was a beautiful experience, where I felt safe, supported, and held. I know that without the safety that Chris fostered, my birth could have looked very different.

Added bonus was photos and videos of those final moments of labor, birth and our first moments as a family of 3.

I can't recommend Chris more - if you're looking someone who can make you feel secure, protected, and advocated for, Chris is your perfect match. My husband and I are SO grateful for Chris.

Chris was incredible start to finish!

We waited a lot longer than most people to hire a Doula because it’s a daunting task and I wasn’t sure if I really needed the extra support during birth. I can tell you that I did need the support and Chris was incredible. She is the person that you want on your team! My partner was there to support me during labor and Chris was able to help us both through the process. It it was all new to us both but if I have another baby in the future, Chris will definitely be included in that labor plan too.

My labor was 24 hrs long and Chris was there for more than half of it , she brought loads of expertise and tools to help me through contractions for a unmedicated back labor, and we were able to talk through my decision to eventually get an epidural at 8 cm and 20 hrs in. As soon as she arrived, I felt more peace because she brought tools for pain management and was able to help me through the worst of it with ease.

She helped me weigh my options as far as treatments and interventions in the hospital and was there to support me through almost four hours of pushing.

Chris was able to guide my partner and my labor nurse in helping me change positions and try different movements to turn my baby from sunny side up so that my labor was less painful. She was successful, which is remarkable and not only did those interventions help with my baby’s position but they also helped with pain management.

The hospital was packed when I was delivering, and 12 other moms were pushing at the same time so there was a point when I thought Chris was going to deliver my baby and honestly, I would trust her to do that!

She approached the entire process with care and a gentleness that a longtime friend would have, even though she only knew me for a few months. I genuinely hope she’s still practicing when and if I have another baby because I want her in the room again.

We had Chris as our doula through a doula share agreement, and she was amazing. We met with her virtually and in person before delivery, and she was with us in the delivery room. She provided resources prior to delivery to help prepare for post partum, and in the delivery room she was a huge advocate for us and our birth preferences. She made the room more comfortable, provided emotional support and captured some beautiful moments from the birth. Thanks to her support we had a more positive birth experience!

Christine was absolutely amazing as our doula. From the very beginning, she made me feel calm and prepared for what was ahead. She took the time to explain every step of the birthing process in a way that was easy to understand. Her PowerPoint was so informative, and it gave us the opportunity to ask questions in the comfort of our own home. She also provided us with a guided birthing plan so I could make informed decisions about how I wanted to deliver my baby. She checked in on me regularly and gave me a lot of good resources. As first-time parents, she gave us so much peace of mind leading up to delivery.

On the day of birth, Christine was such a grounding presence. She was available to us in the middle of the night and helped us decide when to leave for the hospital. She was so helpful to my husband, especially when I was focused on labor. She made sure he felt confident, informed, and supported in making decisions for both of us.

Additionally, she asked if I wanted to take pictures. I am so glad that I had the pictures at the end of the day because everything was such a blur in the moment. I don't think I could have allowed her to take those pictures if there wasn't such a high level of trust with her. When it was time to push, she was right there with me, holding my legs and giving words of encouragement. She also helped coach me through pushing. My baby arrived in three pushes!

Afterward, she continued to check in and made sure we were adjusting well as a family. It was clear that she genuinely cared about us, not just as clients but as people. She came to our house about a week later and brought really delicious chicken noodle soup, making sure that we were doing okay. I can’t recommend Christine enough. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly gifted at what she does. Having her as part of our birth story was one of the best decisions we made.

Chris was a crucial member of our post-partum "team" - she came during the day for a few hours during the early months of my baby's life to help me get my feet back on the ground as a new mom, reassure me about what was typical development versus worth mentioning to the pediatrician, coach me through moments of doubt or fear as a parent, and was overall the most wonderful presence in our home. I will forever look back at the time we spent together as so special and critical for building the foundation I have today as a confident and calm mama.

I left my birth feeling powerful, grateful, and absolutely certain that I made the very best choices for me and my daughter, and that’s the most I could’ve asked for from my Doula, especially since my first birth (where I also had a doula) left me feeling blindsided, powerless, and grieving the experience I planned for. This second time around a lot of things were actually similar, my labors both started with no warning with my water breaking leading immediately into contractions 2 minutes apart, both were long (26 and 17 hours after water breaking) and they were at the same practice with the same midwife. But having a birth where you are supported and confident in your team is irreplaceable. Chris helped me process my previous birth, guided me through breech strategies which ultimately resulted in a successful ecv, and held me 12 hours through a failed epidural. It’s one thing to help someone move when they don’t have an epidural but it’s a particular beast when you need to move through contractions that the hospital staff doesn’t believe you can feel. I can’t be more thankful or in awe of Chris. And honestly my favorite thing about her is her sense of humor. Nothing is better than sharing the most intense moments of your life with someone so knowledgeable, vibrant, and downright silly. I’d trust her with my life and my sanity and that says a lot.

Chris was a god send throughout our whole birth prep, birth, and postpartum experience. She is kind, funny, informative and so knowledgeable on all things pregnancy/baby/postpartum/breastfeeding. She listened to my goals and helped me prepare, answering my many questions, and she was never in a rush. She cares so much about her clients and made us feel like family. I would definitely use her again as our doula for future births. My husband and I are so grateful for her and lucky to have had Chris during this special time in our lives!

Without Chris's kindness and assistance, I don't know where I would be today. I went into labor around mindnight and within hours she was by my side helping me through my natural labor. When I wanted to give in, she encouraged me to keep going and gave me alternatives to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She was fully prepared with meditation music, essential oils, and a tens unit. She helped me communicate with my nurses and reminded me of my birth plan. She gave me my privacy to labor in the shower as long as I needed and checked in on me periodically to make sure I was okay. This was truly the support I needed and it felt like she was a mother to me during this process. Although my birth didn't go exactly as planned with no fault of myself or Chris, she made it a magical experience and always put my and the baby's health at the forefront of her brain. I now have a beautiful baby girl and I couldn't be happier. Thank you again, Chris!

Chris was amazing to work with and a huge asset to our birth experience! She was helpful in putting together a birth plan that felt right to us, and she was a great support when labor ended up taking us in an unexpected direction. Chris had worked in this hospital before, and her familiarity with the staff brought comfort and normalcy to the experience. My husband and I really benefited from having Chris as a constant when the medical staff were in and out. Above all, her enthusiasm for childbirth made her an awesome member of our team! Highly recommend.

I realized I needed some extra support towards the end of my pregnancy and Chris was the perfect fit for us. We got to know her during our prenatal visits and soon realized what a gem she is. We could talk to her for hours and loved how she had such a passion for learning more to help her clients. I love that she took the time to go over all of the things I wanted for my birth plan and organized all of it into a document for me. That was a huge help. When it came time for my labor, things did not go to plan but Chris was there the entire time to be the extra support my boyfriend and I both needed to create a calm space and be a sounding board when making decisions. She is truly a caring and genuine person and any Mama out there would be lucky to have her as a doula!

Chris is the absolute best! Transitioning home wasnt the easiest for us & having Chris & her support during that time made the world of a difference. She is a breath of fresh air & in unsure moments she provided reassurance & positive encouragement. If you are looking for an amazing doula who feels like family she is the one.

Chris was amazing company especially during my middle

of the night breastfeeding sessions. She takes intiative to jump in a help when and as needed while also having a gentle approach.

She is knowledgeable on lactation support & overall great emotional support for the whole family, I cant say enough good things about her, hiring Chris was a blessing for us!

Chris was my birth doula, and let me say I would not have had the confidence to do an unmedicated birth as a first time mom without her support, knowledge, and guidance. Chris is EXTREMELY passionate about what she does and it is evident upon any interaction with her. She provided me with many tools to use not only while in labor, but also for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum. She made herself available to answer any questions I had, even post birth. She is tremendously supportive to any and all decisions you as a mom-to-be  make. She will not try to persuade you into something else. She makes it very clear it is YOUR birth and she is there to fully support you! If you are considering using Chris as a doula…please don’t think twice!! She is an incredible person..the sweetest woman you will ever meet and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you Chris!!!!

When I called Chris I was on the brink of quiting. My preemie was having issues latching and honestly I was tired and frustrated. Bottle feeding was easier for us but I had always pictured myself as a breastfeeding mom, it just wasn’t something I thought would be so hard. Chris was so reassuring when I called her. I could tell she was really listening to me and didn’t feel rushed at all. I also knew that if the appointments didn’t work out that she wouldn’t judge me for stopping. Chris came into my home like a ray of light and climbed right up onto my bed and showed me how to breastfeed side laying. She held my son close to me as I got situated and didn’t get flustered, even though he was crying and I was flustered. She taught me how to be comfortable and how to position him in a way that he was too. Nursing is now my favorite part of the day . I learned so much through my time with Chris and I look forward to her being my doula for baby number two. I’m so happy we didn’t quit, thank you Chris.
