I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sarah. She was incredibly supportive, kind, and knowledgeable throughout my entire pregnancy and birth. She helped both me and my husband feel confident and prepared every step of the way. Her calm, nurturing presence and ability to teach with such patience made such a difference. When it came to our daughters birth, she truly guided me and encouraged me to remain calm and brave throughout the entire labor. She truly has the sweetest soul and made us feel so supported and cared for—I’m so grateful she was part of our birth journey!

I would recommend that everyone use a doula especially for an unmedicated birth. My goal as a first time mom was to have an unmedicated birth and give birth at a birthing center and I don't believe I would have been able to do that without Sarah's guidance and support! She helped me make difficult decisions during labor that allowed me to have the birth I wanted. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know!

She is hands down fantastic!! She was very supportive during my pregnancy. Any question I had, she answered in depth. If I was feeling overwhelmed, she helped me through it. Overall, she is sweet, comforting, and very knowledgeable!

I honestly wouldn't have gotten through labor and delivery without Sarah. My husband would have probably lost his mind, as well!! My baby had to go to NICU, but she  explained the situation in a way to calm me down when I was panicking. She stayed to make sure I was okay after delivery, and continued to check in afterwards. 

100%  recommend her. Best doula worth her weight in gold!!

I was on the fence about reaching out to a Doula, as I was under the impression Doula's only helped with natural births/water births. After reading a few reivews I connected with Sarah and am so glad I did. She helped me helped me get my birth plan together, answering any questions that popped up. When I went into labor, I stayed in contact with Sarah and she helped guide me through the early labor stage. Once I entered active labor, Sarah arrived at the hospital and it was so nice having her support me during this stage. She rubbed my back better than my husband :) continually offered me water and was truly so supportive throughout the whole process. As my birth did not go according to plan, it was even more helpful to have Sarah there as her experience enabled her to guide me through all of the turns that came my way. Sarah also helped me tremendously postpartum, as a I had multiple tears and an episiotomy. Sarah was there with 24/7 support, reaching out checking on me, and guiding me through how to ease my pain. Sarah provides emotional and physical support and my husband and I are very glad we connected!

Hiring Sarah as our post partum doula was absolutely the best decision for our growing family! From the first time we met to her very last day with us, Sarah brought love, joy, care and attention to me, our baby, our home, and our family of 5 (including our pet)! She was with us over 8 weeks, at least 3 days a week. She cares from her heart and was gentle and compassionate as she cared for our newborn baby. She understands and responds with love to assist the mom post partum including the emotional support! She was sweet to our toddler as she adjusted as well! She is the most hard working and responsibile woman with a heart of gold! We cannot say enough great things about Sarah, she truly is THE BEST DOULA!

Sarah is a wonderful doula and most importantly an amazing person. She was with us till six weeks postpartum and provided much needed help and support. She is qualified, reliable and a kind soul. She took great care of our son, was always available to provide emotional and physical support, and answered any questions I had along with offering resources. My four year daughter also loved talking with her and spending time with her. I was overwhelmed as our family grew from three to four and her help made the transition easier for us all. We will miss Sarah greatly and cannot recommend her services enough.

I am so grateful for Sarah! My goal was to have an unmedicated labor and I was able to do so because of her help! She kept a calm demeanor and was able to make suggestions during labor that helped me accomplish my goal! She was very supportive even when things were stressful. She also was a big help to my husband and we were both glad to have her there!
