Fee Details

I provide overnight care and will ensure you and your baby have the most restful night possible. I will support your feeding goals, whether that's nursing, bottle-feeding, or a combination of both. I will also provide all care for the infant, including diapering, soothing, and getting them to sleep. While I am there, you will not have any infant responsibilities other than nursing them, if that's how you're choosing to feed your baby. If the shift allows, I will also wash/sterilize bottles and pump parts. Overnight shifts are 8-9 hours long, usually 9/10p-6a. My certification is eligible to work with clients who are using Carrot benefits. If you need care but aren't able to pay market rates, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate. I believe postpartum care should be accessible to all.

We had a great experience working with Brooke the first 3 months of our second baby's life. She is very reliable and a proactive communicator. I felt very comfortable leaving baby in her hands--she has a magic touch for soothing, burping, and feeding little ones! Brooke is also super knowledgeable about baby development and always had great ideas to try as challenges arose or new milestones were on the horizon, like making the leap from swaddle+bassinet to sleep sack+crib. She has experience with lots of different baby products and was able to recommend or bring things to try like swaddles, bottles, etc. She is also great for a middle-of-the-night chat if you're breastfeeding and need someone to pass the time with. We only wish we could keep working with Brooke longer!

Brooke provided overnight support for us during the first month of our son's life. She was always punctual, professional and great at handling our newborn son. Being first time parents, her knowledge about newborn care and development was very appreciated. We were very at ease having her care for our baby and her help during night time feeds made those nights so much easier for me. We are very thankful for her help at very short notice, it gave us a great start to our son's life.

I had two overnight experiences with Brooke and she was wonderful. Even though she hasn't spent much time with my 2 1/2 month old baby girl, she was fast to learn and followed directions. She was very gentle with her and showed attention to detail. She also did light cleaning around my house, sterilized bottles. I definitely recommend her to be your doula!
