I had an incredible experience with Aubrey before, during, and after the birth of my first child. What I appreciated most was her combination of deep knowledge and genuine empathy. From the beginning, she made me feel safe, supported, and confident in her care. I wanted a doula to help me create a birth plan and feel prepared rather than afraid. Aubrey truly listened to my preferences, offered guidance, shared helpful resources, and helped me feel empowered. She also helped my husband, giving him the confidence and tools he needed to support me fully throughout labor.

My labor was very long (about 45 hours!) and did not go as planned — but Aubrey never left my side. As soon as I went into labor she was available and came to the hospital the moment I asked. I had planned for a medicated birth, yet with Aubrey’s calming presence and techniques I was able to labor unmedicated for many hours. She transformed the room into a peaceful space with soft lighting and brought so many tools, comfort techniques, and positions to help me through each stage. Even when progress was slow, she remained patient, encouraging, and supportive.

I ultimately needed a C-section due to my baby’s position. What meant the most to me was that I felt at peace with that decision — because we had tried everything possible together, with both my medical team and Aubrey’s guidance. I still had a calm, supported birth experience, and I will always be grateful for that. Aubrey’s care did not end after delivery. She visited me in the hospital the next day, checked in frequently, and later came to my home to support me and my baby. Her continued care made my recovery and transition into motherhood so much smoother.

I cannot recommend Aubrey enough. She had a profound positive impact on my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. I am so thankful to have had her by my side while bringing my child into the world.

Aubrey was so fantastic. I knew immediately when I met her that my doula search was over. Logistically speaking, she went through great lengths to get approved as a certified doula through my insurance (Tricare, so this was not a straightforward process) in order for services to be fully covered. She was warm, kind, and comforting, the kind of person you meet and it felt like I had known her for years. Her knowledge as a doula and intuition reading me during my induction was incredible. This was my third induction of labor, but it was my first time having a doula. She blew my expectations out of the water, and had so many helpful tips (did you know you can decline a catheter in lieu of a bedpan if your epidural isn't too strong?), and picked up on so many things to help facilitate bringing our daughter earthside. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat, and am so glad we found her!

My husband and I are extremely glad we hired a doula for our first pregnancy and feel so lucky we were matched with Aubrey! From the very beginning, Aubrey was approachable and kind as she guided us through all our questions and concerns. She was very easy to contact and checked in on us after all of our doctor appointments. She has a ton of tools to help you develop your birth plan, which made me feel so comfortable going into labor. Once labor started, Aubrey took no time to make our delivery room calm and serene by bringing her own fairy lights and electric candles and even brought a portable fan that she attached to the hospital bed to ensure I was comfortable. My labor did not go exactly to plan, which made Aubrey and even bigger asset. She was able to break down all the options the doctors gave me so I could understand and make an informed decision, knew a ton of birthing positions that we tried to help our son come vaginally, and worked alongside the hospital nurses through the whole process. I inevitably needed a c-section so she couldn't be with us, but thanks to Aubrey, we went into the c-section knowing we tried everything we could to have him come vaginally. Postpartum, Aubrey still feels like an invaluable part of our team. She still checks in, provides resources and has helped me immensely through my breast feeding journey. If you are on the fence about hiring a doula, I hope that my experience can convince you to seriously consider it. The knowledge, confidence and support I received, especially as a first time mother, made the whole experience so much less stressful and scary. I could not recommended Aubrey enough and hope you strongly consider adding her to your birth team!

As a first-time mom, I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy and delivery without Aubrey. She was there for me from my second trimester all the way through my current postpartum days.

During our third trimester, we discovered that our baby was still breech, which was nerve-wracking. Aubrey was always a phone call or text away—she answered all my anxious questions with so much patience and kindness. She helped me understand the pros and cons of an EVC procedure, taking into considerations what my OB was recommending, and reassured me when I felt overwhelmed. It felt like I had a friend beside me who truly understood what I was going through and genuinely cared.

During labor, Aubrey’s calming presence helped me focus. She supported not just me, but also my husband. Thanks to her, my delivery went by the book. Even after my baby arrived, Aubrey kept checking in to make sure I was healing well, that both baby and I were okay, and that I was feeling confident as a new mom.

If you’re considering a doula, I cannot recommend Aubrey enough. She’s not just knowledgeable—she’s compassionate, reassuring, and always there when you need her. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system! Thank you, Aubrey!

Aubrey was phenomenal to work with. She helped me achieve my goal of unmedicated birth in a hospital setting by supporting me and helping my husband understand how to support me. She was not shy about advocating for me according to my birth plan. She had lots of tools and ideas to guide us through each phase of labor. She was also a great resource before and after to help me decide what was important when building my birth plan as well as processing the labor and delivery experience after the fact. I would highly recommend her to friends and family!

I highly recommend Aubrey! She was an angel for our family. She was calm, confident, supportive, and she knew exactly what to do in every situation we encounter. I gave a birth to my daughter without epidural because I wanted as natural as I could all the process. I will always be grateful for her help!

If you are looking for a doula that will be there for you through thick and thin then make sure you choose Aubrey. I went into the hospital for an induction on Friday, and had the baby on Monday. Throughout that whole time Aubrey was on standby every hour of the day and answered all our questions and provided advice. Once things got intense, Aubrey was there as soon as I needed her and stayed with us throughout the last 24 hours that lead up to baby being born. You will not receive this type of support, encouragement, and dedication from just anyone, and it was a privilege to have Aubrey there throughout the process. When things didn’t go to plan, Aubrey was there to support us in our decisions. This may be the best doula in the entire fox vally - definitely don’t hesitate to reach out to her if you are considering having a doula for your birth reach out to Aubrey today.

The best decision I made during my pregnancy was hiring Aubrey as my doula. She was with me every step of the way to answer questions, give me resources, and support all of my decisions. I truly believe that having her by my side is what made it possible for me to bring my baby into the world without an epidural. She even got a video of me meeting my baby and so many pictures. Aubrey went above and beyond for me and I will be forever grateful. If I were to do it all again I would choose  to work with her every single time.

I’d recommend Aubrey to any mamas-to-be (and dads)!

As first time parents, we had done our research and took ALL the classes on labor and delivery. I knew exactly what I wanted for my unmedicated birth experience, but without Aubrey, I’m not sure that I would have followed through.. Self doubt in my ability to stick to my plan crept in very early on in my labor. She helped reassure me that everything I was feeling was 100% normal and that my body was doing exactly what it needed to be doing. She had various tools for pain management (the TENS unit was a necessity for me!) and was able to suggest/assist me in getting into different labor positions to keep things progressing - positions I would not have thought to get into on my own! Without her support (both mental and physical) for myself and my husband, the whole experience would have felt incredibly overwhelming. We are so thankful we decided to hire Aubrey as our doula and that she was there every step of the way as we brought our healthy baby girl into the world!
