2 prenatal in home visits + 1 prenatal massage + continuous labor support + 1 postpartum visit + 1 postpartum massage I provide 2 prenatal appointments, where we get to know each other better and discuss your birth wishes and preferences, as well as comfort measures and coping techniques for labor. I am on call when you are in labor and will provide continuous in person support for you at whatever point you would like me to join you. After birth, I will do a postpartum visit within a couple weeks at your home. I am also a licensed massage therapist (NC LMBT #18378), and include one prenatal massage and one postpartum massage as part of my birth package, because I think that bodywork is very important and supportive during and after pregnancy!
