My family was very lucky to have had Jaque taking care of my newborn daughter for the first 3 months of her life. Jaque was always on time, wore clean uniforms, and was respectful of her presence in family's home. My daughter really liked being taken care of by her & I felt I could completely trust her to take care of her of her while I was sleeping or during the day when I had chores to attend to.  Jaque also helped out around the house: cleaning bottles, cleaning pump parts, labeling & storing extra milk, washing drying and folding laundry, cooking, etc. She came with us to a few of my daughters doctors appointments as well & even helped us spot some craddle cap she started to develop before anyone else noticed. She's a real expert, kind & easy to work with.

I am so grateful for my Newborn Care Specialist Jacqueline and the exceptional support she provided when my daughter was born. Her vast knowledge of newborn care is truly impressive, and her advice was invaluable. She is also an incredible communicator, always keeping me informed and reassured.  Her attention to detail and genuine compassion were gamechangers and I felt incredibly supported every step of the way.  She went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had everything she needed to thrive and that I had everything I needed to care for her.  Jacqueline made this special time even more special for my family.  I cannot recommend Jacqueline enough to any new parent(s) looking for outstanding care and support.

Jaqueline was an excellent newborn care specialist who helped us with overnight support during our daughters first month home. Even as a second time mom, I learned helpful new tips from her. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. I loved her calming temperament - she was professional, confident, and kind.
