I do advocacy work for Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and similar connective tissue disorders nationally, and am passionate about empowering those with chronic illness to lead their most full lives. I also do service work to underserved populations here and in Mexico. I am passionate about spreading awareness of pelvic floor physical therapy and related concerns in the Latin American community, and helping to train local health professionals there to deliver this type of much-needed care.

I am a Doctor of Physical therapy, pelvic floor therapist and birth doula, with experience working with chronic illness populations and complex cases. Free consult calls can be booked on my website. ** Doula and Pelvic Floor PT Package - Includes 2 60-minute birth planning sessions, 2 pelvic floor PT sessions prior to the birth, Birth planning templates and informational PDF’s, support during the birth, 1 post-partum doula session and 2 post-partum pelvic floor PT sessions - $2800 – $200 savings. Add birth photography for $600. * *Standard In-Person Doula Services: Includes two 60- minute birth planning sessions, Birth planning templates and informational PDF’s, support during the birth, and one post-partum session - $2100. Add birth photography for $600. ** Virtual Doula Services: Includes everything in the Standard package except birth services are virtual - $1700. I may have additional calendar availability for virtual Doula services.
